Service is good, I returned a pair of leggings and the process was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is large enough to have a good selection of merchandise, from clothes, shoes, designer bags, cosmetics and accessories. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .

The water features are very relaxing and beautiful. This truly is a place that grounds and centers me and is a wonderful place to spend some quality time window shopping. Stores include Louis Vuitton, Hermes,Saks Fifth Avenue, Tiffany, Lululemon, Apple, and Gucci to name a few. They offer covered garage parking which is a plus during the summer months. I have been visiting Best of Everything for years when I'm in Southwest Florida. I used to think they offered good value for my money but over the last two years, prices have risen more than the value of the merchandise. Bought a $40 bag for my daughter for Easter. It was not used and somehow had a small "half an inch"…read morerip on the bottom. I brought it back and Emily, the store manager refused to exchange it . They will not stand behind their items so be careful if you purchase items know that you will own it regardless of what happens. So I threw away $40. The sad part is Emily's attitude. She could care less and pretty much told me I own it. I have spent well over $1000 dollars in that store over the years...so much for loyalty.
