No matter how much or less water I add, it wets my bud or just doesn't hit. Came back TODAY so I could either swap it out for same price or get my money back and CANT EVEN DO THAT. Wanted to offer me a $10 shitty pipe and only ONE didn't give me other options or MATCH ME ON WHAT I SPENT. Instead they want me to still pay for another bowl and do nothing about the one I bought that doesn't work.. Then started to change the prices on me for their shit Yesterday I was told another ash catcher different from mine were $25 and then when I asked again about it today, all of a sudden it is $45-$50? How does that make sense ? As a business you don't jump around on prices like that, let alone, leave your customers unsatisfied and unhappy with their product. Let alone it's my FIRST time in this shop, poor management, poor service, poor quality in products itself. I love supporting a local business but at this point I'm seriously reconsidering going to a new shop. The owners of this shop are amazing and at the bare minimum are wearing masks. The past few times I've been in here the manager as well as the entire rest of the staff are not wearing masks. Not wearing a mask is not only illegal, but extremely disrespectful during these times. All the customers in your store have the courtesy to wear a mask for each other and this staff and yet they can't do the same for us? Going here is extremely anxiety inducing because I am immunocompromised, but I like to support a local business. The chances of anyone getting sick are much lower when everyone is following the COVID mandates. If I don't see an improvement next time I come in, unfortunately I will be reporting this story to the county health department. read more
