Today, they've lost my business. I went in to purchase a Clear Flum Mello (black & silver, picture attached). The man working was a bit older, and it is March 13th at about 12:30 PM. I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends!

But not last night!! I asked the new guy for a coil for the Nord 4 and he said he didn't have it in stock. He asked where I bought the mod and I actually bought it from the same store..... I saw some coils that might have matched but he didn't want to take the time to figure it out so I didn't push it. I wanted to buy 2 VV stick batteries, but they didn't have much stock of larger size batteries, I just bought any 2 900's I thought both were VV. One ended up not being V so I returned it with 10 mins of purchasing it. The new employee at the store didn't understand that when you refund part of a purchase, you refund the tax paid for that portion as well. He called the owner and owner told me to never come back in the store over $1.50 of tax. Don't worry you will not have my business any longer, I'll just go to STONE SMOKE SHOP right down the street. The owner is amazing (there almost all the time), great prices and if he does not have it in stock he will order it for you.

Honestly Yelp there is jot enough stars in the sky's and on this app to describe the truly exceptional customer service this place provides on day to day to day to day basis. Today being Xmas eve there family is calling them to come home snd they are refusing because the genuine and truly intentional desire to supply the demand of each person who enters. If you buy or not you wil be treated equally , to if you buy Or not. Thank you for answering the phone unlike every other store who wouldn't wait 2 minutes and I ubered 20$ to get to another shop and they refused. I told yousef and Moe about it and they discounted the $20 Uber ride on my tab. The smoker shop that declined me I won't promote. This shop is one of the most hospitable places in Orange County. Me and my girlfriend where both treated with the most respect we could expect from a smoke shop and in this county a lot of them don't always come with the respect as a business is upheld to do right away but "rodeo" acted as if we not only had been customers since they opened but had fat pockets. They have a exclusive and unique collection of pendants Carp caps and of course glass which is not super overpriced like so many shops are. Rodeo gained two solid regulars who will put them first on the list whenever wanting to go to a shop, or referring one whenever they treated my girlfriend and I the way they did and the price given to us for a ticket that majority shops would take the day off after lol. read more

I bought a vape mod RPM 40 on Dec, 15 and it sopped charging just today 12/28/2020. I had my receipt and the box in good condition in tact so I brought it over to the store and what you know i walked in and was greeted nicely and i told them about how it wont charge anymore. I believe his name was Omar if i am not mistaken but he was wearing a solider camo jacket, he helped me and he was so nice. He have me a new mod RPM 40 and i was on my way easy as that. I really respect that they treated me fairly and trusted me and gave me a new mode to have. +REP The Staff is incredible and so is their service! read more

This smoke shop is a step above the rest! The selection of glass, the artists/brands of glass and accessories is extensive. They have something for every budget and some very unique specialty glass you won't see else were. The guys are beyond knowledgeable and can answer all your questions and concerns! I like. To work with "Mo" personally & appreciate him for his helpfulness towards me and he somehow "always makes it work". Rodeo Smoke Shop is definitely a one of a kind shop. As soon as you walk in, your eyes make the choice of where to start - bongs, zongs, any wrap and paper you can practically think of, vapes, tobacco, backpacks, spraypaint... the list just keeps going! The store has a wide layout so you can easily navigate and browse around without worrying about bumping into something or someone. The staff is very friendly, one employee calls me "Logic" whenever he sees me now which always makes me laugh! I highly recommend shopping here when in Fullerton in OC! read more

I just moved here from San Diego and I've been going to multiple smoke shops to try out their vapes and Rodeo is by far the best smoke shop in Orange County. Every other smoke shop I go to there's a rude shop keeper and their vapes have a burnt taste to them and last a day or two but here at Rodeo they consistently have great quality vapes, but what really keeps me coming back is the great customer service from Alexa and Mackie! They are always friendly, courteous, and have a great attitude! Keep up the great work guys! read more

I walked in and immediately was greeted by Alicia and AB with a big smile and kindness. They both were knowledgeable about all of the glassware and vapor products in the store. I am a new smoker so I had a bunch of questions that they were more than happy to answer. This is the best smoke shop I have been to in awhile, it is clean, smells good and the overall layout is very appealing. Love this place , its covid-19 safe, which is number 1 for me as a customer..They were willing to stay open 5 minutes after Christmas Eve, that's 12:05 , So technically Xmas now. They were really helpful with everything , and provided me with the best customer service. By far the worst staff i have seen. Everyone completely stoned. When i walked in, it was like i was interrupting their conversation. Absolutely, no customers in the store either.
