I normally wouldn't be writing a review of a smokeshop, but this is my local, tried & true, easy experience smokeshop. I've been coming here for multiple years religiously. Today, they've lost my business. I went in to purchase a Clear Flum Mello (black & silver, picture attached). The man working was a bit older, and it is March 13th at about 12:30 PM. I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends! read more

Went here and the guy at the front had so much attitude and was rolling his eyes cause I asked two questions about the battery. He was also acting like what he was saying was common knowledge and would huff and puff when I asked a follow up question. If you don't like dealing with customers you should work in the back. Got charged $35 for a battery that's usually $25 but whatever. It didn't turn on at first but after playing with it for like 30 mins it worked. So yeah won't be coming back read more

I get my haircuts done in the same plaza so I saw when they started building this smoke shop and the final product looked very impressive. I've been out of the vape game for a couple years so I had no knowledge about disposable vapes available these days. I chose this place hoping I'd get a good deal and great service. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted by a young lady that said she's the daughter of the owner. I let her know what I'm looking for and she guided me towards the right spot. I told her what flavor profiles I like and she recommended me her favorite, which was FLUM Pebble Arctic Icy. I'm not a heavy vaper so a 6,000 puff disposable was perfect for me. She apologized for talked so much but I really appreciated her insight with vapes and the knowledge she had for them. I signed up for their rewards program and left a happy customer. Stopped by for a vape worker guided me to the "gang" vapes for $10 I told him which one is good he said all . I chose strawberry ice . Asked if I can test it prior to leaving . I tasted 0% strawberry more like a burnt taste . I told him it's burnt he said "well u got cheap one so that's what happens. Cheap or not it's not functioning there's no flavor at all "experiencing this prior" . He said well all strawberry taste like that" I told him there's no taste at all and if you knew that why would you let me buy it. He said well I can't do nothing about that. I put the vape back on the counter and told him he can keep his vape I'll go to another shop . He then said no no I'll give you another one . Which he should have said from the beginning! It' is very normal for some vapes to not have flavor means there defective. Any other shop would understand. Definitely won't come back and go to my regular smoke shop they understand the business.
