The friendliest smoke shop in Anaheim. A amazing family owned business with old fashioned customer service. I being African American truly appreciate the kindness displayed every time I enter the store. It's rare these days. The prices are fair and products of high quality. Large selection, pretty much anything need they have on display. I purchased a glass bong and he gave me a discount and as I was walking out the store remembered I needed a torch I mentioned it then said that's ok I don't want to change my card again. He said come back and he gave me a torch lighter free. In appreciation of my kind words of appreciation for them!!! WHO DOES THAT!!!! Crown Cigarettes I love these guys, David Dupree

I was in desperate need of a higher mg 100% cbd gummy. I called this place after a dispensary falsely told me they had 100% cbd products. I have really high anxiety regulated with meds but it's not enough on its own. The guys were so friendly and nice in here! Asked me a few questions to get an idea of what I like, and even sampled me a gummy!! Sosososooo sweet of them. The gummies I got are organic and vegan(I'm vegan so perfect) and 25mg each(more than double each compared to other places priced the same!!) I got two bottles and he even covered the tax! What a nice guy, I'll come back for sure!

I was so happy to see that a smoke shop opened right next to my fave massage place. The location is very clean and well organized. The staff were super friendly to me and even made suggestions and told me which deals they had going on. Im mainly go for disposable vapes and they have a good selection at fantastic prices compared to other shops Ive been to. The location is easy to access and I've never had an issue with parking or safety. I was greeted warmly by the staff, I really appreciate the calm energy of the two staff I spoke with, truly wonderful men. No matter the distance, I will drive however long to this shop. Usually my drive from work is only 10 minutes but today I drove from Long Beach, and the drive is worth it. The gentlemen who work here are SO KIND AND HELPFUL. They always make great suggestions with the new products they receive. I've told a few friends about the shop and now they go there too. Great selection and prices as well. This is my absolute favorite place for vapes. read more

This has become my new favorite smoke shop. The gentlemen working here is very kind, very patient, and goes out of his way to put a smile on someone's face. I've stopped in here a few times because they have the best juice in town by far. The owner is always extremely pleasant and today was no exception. I actually came in for a new tank/full kit and they had exactly what I wanted, along with the flavor of juice I can't get anywhere else (Candy King on Ice Worms flavor in 3mg.) Came here for a Puff Co Pro Atomizer and was the only shop to have it after checking 3 others nearby in the Fullerton area. Paid 69.99 instead of the 59.99 from the Puffco Website but was helped promptly and kindly. I've been having trouble sleeping, and a friend recommended CBD with THC, so I went to this shop hoping to find that. However, the very knowledgeable and nice man (think he's the owner) recommended Vanilla Goat gummies without THC and guaranteed that if I took two at bedtime, I'd sleep like a baby, or he'd refund my money ~ can't beat that! As I was paying, he said to take one now. I was a little hesitant, as I've never taken any hemp product and had more errands to run... but what the hell, this guy really seemed to know his stuff. Well, about an hour later, the pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders was gone, and I felt relaxed but not tired. I can't wait to try it for sleep tonight. Even if it doesn't work (but pretty sure it will) the fact that it got rid of my muscle soreness makes buying it totally worth it. Neighbor said they had the same experience with the same guy, as well. It's a shame because this used to be a nice shop with friendly, helpful staff. I hope there are new owners soon. But not last night!! I asked the new guy for a coil for the Nord 4 and he said he didn't have it in stock. He asked where I bought the mod and I actually bought it from the same store..... I saw some coils that might have matched but he didn't want to take the time to figure it out so I didn't push it. I wanted to buy 2 VV stick batteries, but they didn't have much stock of larger size batteries, I just bought any 2 900's I thought both were VV. One ended up not being V so I returned it with 10 mins of purchasing it. The new employee at the store didn't understand that when you refund part of a purchase, you refund the tax paid for that portion as well. He called the owner and owner told me to never come back in the store over $1.50 of tax. Don't worry you will not have my business any longer, I'll just go to STONE SMOKE SHOP right down the street. The owner is amazing (there almost all the time), great prices and if he does not have it in stock he will order it for you.

However, I confirmed the address is identical to the Yelp listing so it must be the same place. New owners are scum. You will note a huge AUTHORIZED ROOR dealer sign on their front door (see picture). Pro tip: they are definitely NOT an authorized Roor dealer. I checked with Roor directly and you can look up real authorized dealer locations on their Roor website. So anyway I bought a piece of "Roor" glass that I quickly learned was a cheap counterfeit. Bummer. Had to buy another rig from a reputable online dealer. They also play the game at this store where prices aren't listed on anything and they try to gouge you for max cost. Bought a torch that he initially said was $45. We pulled it up on Amazon on our phone showing it was only $25 and he said "oops sorry it's actually only $30". I call these types of stores "shadymart" because that's how they do business. Ignore all these old reviews that don't apply to the new owners. Avoid at all costs.

I had been…read morecontemplating a hot tool for a while now since I've got a Puffco peak pro, the tool it comes with just isn't it, I waste product just trying to get it in the damn chamber. Anyways, a little while ago Bear Quartz dropped a new trio 2.0 in sunset/orange color that matches my Puffco. By the time I decided to get it, completely sold out on best quartz official site. Today I made up my mind I'd get the bear quartz hot tool instead of the Puffco one, I have called I kid you not I called about 20 smoke shops in Orange County hunting down a trio 3.0, majority of them didn't even carry the trio 3.0 to begin with, some didn't even carry bear quartz at all. The ones that DID carry it stated they've been waiting for a shipment for a while now and have been sold out for over a month. I even went through bear quartz smoke shop map & NOTHING! I finally decided to call this smoke shop even tho they weren't included in the BQ map, but I've had good experiences here so far so I decided why not, I was willing to go to South OC to TRY to find one. Josh picked up the phone and answered my prayers, he made me the world's happiest little dabber. Great attitude/personality, friendly and happy to make a sale, had the EXACT trio 2.0 I was looking for and had plenty in stock. Thanks again Josh! I had been going to a vape shop near my house in Anaheim, for some time but got fed up with the poor stock and crappy attitude the workers had there and after almost a year, nobody there even recognized me. All that changed when about 6 months ago, I found Crown Cigarettes and Greg (my new Armenian friend, having an Armenian uncle I picked up on that easily) after my first visit, I was sold on Crown Cigarettes. Greg, may not know my name, but I'm recognized every time I go in there and I like that. I'm also a disabled Vietnam Veteran and money is tight, but their prices are great and most times I pay cash and Greg will Round Down his prices for me all the time, the more I buy, the better the prices I get. They have everything smoke related, from cigarettes to bongs, vapes to CBD, if they don't have it, I doubt you need it. Thanks Greg, for giving me a place I'm happy to go to and a company who shows me every time I go there how much they appreciate my business. In this day and age, it's very refreshing to see. Absolutely amazing customer service. Wonderful selection of vape mods, juice, bongs, bowls, hookahs, etc etc. they have everything in this place without it feeling cramped and piled up. If you're in the area, stop by. You will not regret it. Or I will give you your money back! I am from Ohio, and they knew that. They could have easily taken advantage and charged me full price on everything knowing it probably not coming back since I live in another state. Instead they treated me like an old friend come to visit. I could have spent about 250$ there, but they gave me a discount and I left spending less than $200 and got a free water and monster energy drink. Very good people. read more

This place is so great I swear, the owner is really nice and will always work a combo deal with what you are getting if you are getting your first rig I highly highly suggest it. US made glass at really affordable prices talk to him I promise you won't regret it. All their glass is nice bongs, pieces, rigs you name it. I don't really vape but from what I see they have large selection. This is my go to for sure I always take extra cash because my girl always likes extra stuff hahaha I love it here 6 stars if i could read more

Just went to Crown Cig. in Fullerton and picked up a couple of pieces. They had a large selection for a small shop and the service was warm and friendly. They had no problem showing me some of the products and helping me find what I wanted. They also have a cigar bar tucked in the back... don't smoke cigars myself but it smelled great!
