However, Wingate exceeded my expectations in all aspects: -Check-in was fast and we were greeted by friendly staff who actually seemed happy to be there! -The room was clean and well stocked with coffee pods, towels, bathroom products, etc. -Any need we had during our stay was addressed promptly by helpful staff members -Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful with many options that changed every few days - Coffee stations, ice water stations, toasters, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and condiments, were accessible in the breakfast area 24/7 making dining in our hotel room easy. Plus, we had a fridge and microwave in the room. -I regularly noticed common areas like the lobby, public restroom, and fitness center being cleaned to maintain the hotel's nice appearance. We came to Gillette looking for housing which took much longer than anticipated, meaning that our stay was extended many times! The amazing staff and their outstanding level of customer service made getting through this time much more manageable. We are so thankful for having this experience during life's challenge.
