The clerk at the counter was professional and polite, and not just towards me. I heard the same as he was dealing with other customers. The waiting area was roomy and clean, and as anyone that has ever waited for auto service at some garages, can be a rare thing to find. My car inspection was done with a minimal wait. My new vehicle had a recall, and I made an appointment here to have it checked, and have an oil…read morechange. The service department waiting area was clean with ample sitting and a nicely stocked snack area. Fortunately, my car did not have the issue that the recall was about. They checked the mileage on my car and mentioned that they could indeed do an oil change if I wished but they suggested I wait until a had a few more thousand miles on it. Afterward I received emails asking that I complete a satisfaction survey as well as provide a free CARFAX report showing the short history of my new car.
