All the meat! This place is a carnivores dream. Upon arrival you are shown to a table and asked if you want the all you can eat option.....I would recommend not eating for a day or a few days before and doing this place justice....it's a serious amount of food on offer!! You have a small paper disc on your table...keep the green side up and the meat keeps coming to accompany the many salad options. Turn it to red and the meat stops ....it really is as simple as that! You get options to have lamb, chicken, beef, pork and for the more adventurous hearts! Obviously I tried one....and would again it wasn't so bad!! If you are looking for a big all you can eat feast of the highest quality this is the place for you!

Green card means serve me more meat.. Red means stop.

This upmarket buffet style restaurant is amazing for hardcore meat eaters and for £25 a head that isn't bad going. The decor is beautiful and situated in the cube building overlooking the canals. The quality of the meats are amazing and taste fantastic. The buffet cart in the middle of the restaurant offers other meals, salads, cheeses, bread and condiment's. Also its great for vegetarians at £18 a head you get to help yourself to items on the cart and a waiter will bring you a specially prepared halumomi, pepper, onion and pineapple BBQ skewer. And also grilled cheese tomato's. Unlimited! Also the cocktails are a must have addition.. I can't fault anything here I've eaten here with a lot of different groups of friends over the years and every time I've come back loving it more and more. If you do have room left for desert definaitly go for it as they look delicious but very heavy after such a big meal. Having said that j can't wait to return again.

Gammon, chicken, picked vegetables, sweet corn and salad.

The enthusiastic staff attended us immediately upon arrival and led us to our table. They explained their offers, a 2 course set menu with a drink for £17 or 3 course £20, in addition to an all day happy hour celebrating their 25th Birthday ;) Their food and cocktail menu's were extensive, with individual sections detailing vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. The food and cocktails were delicious and portions generous. Will definitely be returning to this fab little find! :)

We almost didn't find Las Iguanas but I'm glad we did because it was perfect. It's a good idea to get there before 7.30 as that is when their Happy Hour 2-for-1 cocktails offer ends. We both enjoyed a Bellini which the barman kindly lit up with candles (it was my birthday after all). My wife liked the idea of some guacamole so we shared that for starters. The waitress, Sophie, was very attentive, so when we moved onto the main course and my wife realised she didn't like burritos, Sophie didn't hesitate to change it for something else. In the end we both enjoyed the Bahia Moqueca, a light tasting Brazilian curry. The real treat that made me a fan however, wasn't the Latin music, fabulous decor or friendly staff but the Churros we had for dessert. I would return again for these alone. These doughnut like fingers taste amazing with the creamy De Leche dip or the dark chocolate. A dream come true. A Latin restaurant nearby that we'll both return to.

My personal faves are the Cha-Cha Chorizo starter and the Blazing Bird spicy chicken & chips but I can also recommend the Fajitas! What's more, Happy Hour means certain cocktails are 2 for 1 between 12-7.30pm and ALL DAY Sunday - Wednesday! Yay it's Monday so that's two big Long Island Iced Teas for me . Why not 5 stars, well it's often busy and hard to get a table and the prices are bit higher than I think they should be otherwise it'd be full marks! Still it's quiet tonight and as such my starter has arrived in the time it's taken me to write this review so excuse my while I dive in!

All of it is very good, the portions tend to be satisfying, and there's a nice spread of reasonable appetizers as well as entrees. New dishes are added regularly, most recently the super delicious Pollo con Chorizo and the Camarão de Calabaza. The guacamole is also great, and the lunch menu has several well priced options. But happy hour is the real standout with two for one deals on their cocktails. Only drawback is service can be a little slow. Friendly, but slow. (Do be advised that while the address Yelp has listed is correct, the current map is not. This restaurant is not by the Cathedral, it's about a five minute walk from there on Belvoir a little bit up from where it meets Granby.)

The staff in here are excellent. I asked them to make me a non-alcoholic cocktail last night and was whipped up a gem for the eyes and tastebuds. However, again, if you don't get here in Happy Hour and want a cocktail - you're paying from £6.00+ - so not a cheap option for a night out. Last time I ate here (Booking is a must by the way, if you want to eat!), I had the Sea bass with Sanphire - which was fabulous. The Ginger cake dessert was lovely too. The lunch menu is quite reasonable (and there is a loyalty card scheme - meaning you can earn a free lunch if you eat out regularly). A MUST for Gin fans. Good for a night out with the girls or the start of a big night out. Aim for Happy Hour and keep in mind Thursday/Friday/Saturday is VERY busy (but - top tip - you can reserve tables in advance).

I arrived just after lunch on Good Friday and found ample space for sitting down and an unpretentious atmosphere. The lady serving me took time to recommend me a drink based on my tastes.. The first recommendation which was phenomenal, a gin and lychee liqueur cocktail served in a teacup.. So quaint and it tasted like something out of a dream... Amazing!! My other cocktail was a wray ting.. Wow that cocktail got lit up.. The mention of fire and wray and nephew, my favourite overproof rum, this drink was easily sold to me. It's a long style cocktail drink and was so strong! The ideal way to get ready for a football match. Tip: blow out the fire quickly and turn the lime over, so all the alcohol doesn't burn away! ;) For these two cocktail spectaculars, I spent the hefty price of £12 loooool! An absolute steal.. Fetch the horses, I'm heading back to brum for another cocktail, as we speak, who is coming?!
