I moved to Manchester 13 years ago and was fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Sheehan by a co-worker. Upon my first visit I was impressed not only with the friendly manner in which Carolyn greeted me, but the overall atmosphere of the office was warm and welcoming. It was clean, updated, and very unlike any dentist office I had ever been in. Dottie and LeaAnn took care of not only myself, but my husband and eventually our two boys. During those 12 years, those women were attentive, gentle, and humorous. My boys looked forward to their cleanings never once fearing their appointments. I did have one serious procedure performed by Dr. Sheehan. I was terrified. Dr. Sheehan was perfect. He repeatedly assured me, patiently answered all my questions (more than once), and was not only gentle, but diligent. Dr. Sheehan is intelligent, well-spoken, knowlegeable, and always smiling. He not only makes you feel at ease in his presence, but somehow manages to assuage any fears you may have. I think those are key factors in a dentist. I recently moved to MA, and have yet to find anyone who is as good as Dr. Sheehan. I am seriously considering driving the hour twice a year just to know my teeth are safe.

All of his equipment is state of the art; for example, all the radiographs he takes are digital (better images with much less X-ray radiation). The chairs in his new office are better than any other I've sat in - big, comfortable chairs that massage you, making the experience more calming and pleasant. Dr. Ray and his staff are very friendly and kind - they are always helpful in scheduling appointments around school. I am a dental student myself, so I can say from experience that Dr. Ray is a fantastic dentist. All his equipment, materials, and procedures are current, and he is great at explaining what procedures need to be done and why. I could get all of my dental care provided by my school free of charge, but I still choose to drive back from Boston to NH to see Dr. Orzechowski because he does such excellent work. Highly, highly recommended.

If you like a bait and switch, this is your place!!…read more Before I signed up for a procedure, they discussed my Delta insurance (Delta Dental) was accepted by this company and, with my insurance coverage, my out of pocket would be $175.00 (they provided this in writing)... I called before I came to for the procedure to confirm my procedure was still covered by my insurance provider and was told that my quote was still good... After the procedure, I am out of pocket by more than $600.00... I expected this place to be processional... They are hacks... I would stay away from this place!! I cancelled all future appointments and will seek another dentist/hygienist... No more bait and switch by hacks...

On two separate occasions I arrived for appointments only to be told that my hygienist was not available. Again, the office manager claimed that she, "tried to call me." I had no voice mails or missed calls on my phone. TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. I understand the need to be a "for profit," business and I am sure that dentistry has a lot of competition, but the front office experience can make or break a medical/dental practice. I get the impression that neither of the Doctors there are aware of how bad their office manager is running things. I get that you stopped accepting my Delta Dental Insurance (business is business) and I did not mind paying directly and being reimbursed after filing. However, when you add on to that the fifty-fifty chance that my appointment will actually happen or that the only messages I have ever received from the practice come from an automated confirmation drone calling service, It gets to be too much. My question to the Doctors who own this practice is, do you know what your front office manager is doing to your clientele? Do you care?
