When I got there and told them I was pregnant and wasn't sure about doing repeat X-rays as I just had one done at my other dentist they were rude and told me I couldn't be seen and they had to repeat them. They told me it wasn't a big deal to do X-rays while pregnant. They just made me feel uncomfortable. I would have felt better if they put me in a room and had a medical professional talk to me about it instead of being turned away at the desk by the receptionist.

Received the bill and there was a $39.00 charge for fluoride application. Called their office and left a message saying there was no in office application but would be happy to pay for the fluoride packet/materials. They called back 6 days later and claimed I received the fluoride application in office and the packet I received was an "extra", which was not true. Won't be going back to this provider.
