I took my car in for a simple oil change. I noticed a little oil on my treated garage floor almost…read moreimmediately after a day or two. I don't drive the care often, however every time I would use the car the same little oil drops were there. This week I drove the vehicle and noticed a big puddle of oil. I immediatly took the car to Firestone in West Little Rock. It took them only a few minutes to tell me that I should return to who ever changed the oil last time. The oil filter was not put on correctly. It was leaking all around the oil filter seal. I took it back to Precision. They took 10 minutes to try and convince me that it was something else and not poor quality service on their part. Also as a side note the Manager is the 3rd manager I've met in 3 different visits to this store. Terrible accountability and worse service. DON'T TRUST THIS STORE. If they can't preform a simple oil change correctly they can't be trusted to do anything else right. They sure as heck will not stand behind their work.
