She sat down and about five minutes later the tech came over and told her that there was a mistake, and her car didn't need to have the oil changed for another 3000 miles. He also said they checked the oil and it looked nice and clean and sent her on her way. No charge. They finished my alignment in under 40 minutes. They presented me with a computerized report of the before and after alignment, complete with diagrams. The service was top notch and I recommend them to everyone.

I called another company and the representative scheduled me in the same day and said the diagnostic will take an hour to complete. Would have given zero star if I was allowed!
