I took my car in for a simple oil change. I noticed a little oil on my treated garage floor almost immediately after a day or two. I don't drive the care often, however every time I would use the car the same little oil drops were there. This week I drove the vehicle and noticed a big puddle of oil. I immediatly took the car to Firestone in West Little Rock. It took them only a few minutes to tell me that I should return to who ever changed the oil last time. The oil filter was not put on correctly. It was leaking all around the oil filter seal. I took it back to Precision. They took 10 minutes to try and convince me that it was something else and not poor quality service on their part. Also as a side note the Manager is the 3rd manager I've met in 3 different visits to this store. Terrible accountability and worse service. DON'T TRUST THIS STORE. If they can't preform a simple oil change correctly they can't be trusted to do anything else right. They sure as heck will not stand behind their work. read more

My AC broke. I paid over $500 to get it fixed and then it stopped working the next day. After they fixed it again, it stopped working 3 months later. And they tried to charge me over $2,000 to fix it againMy car started having a lot more problems after that with the thermostat and other internal issues. My coolant kept leaking shortly after the AC, and I constantly refilled it for those 3 months--because I couldn't afford to fix it. Then my car stopped working completely. I spent thousands of dollars (that put me into debt because I'm a poor college student) trying to fix the problems that these people caused. I never had any problems before, and after other mechanics looked at my car, they agree that this was done by another mechanic. Btw I had to wait multiple hours in the waiting room the first time they "fixed" my car because I didn't have a ride. My car began sounding like an F1 engine out of nowhere and we didn't have a reliable auto shop that we knew to call. Called them the evening prior to bringing the car, and they said they'd gladly take a look but weren't sure if they'd be able to fix it. For a first come - first serve company, I expected to be too late when arriving by 9:30 (they open at 8 and most places like this seem to be full within the first hour) but they said to leave the car with them and they'd check it out that day. Got a call from them saying that they did not have the supplies to fix the issue but they recommended a shop down the road that specialized in exhaust systems. Picked up the car and they didn't charge me a thing despite the labor the car obviously required to identify the problem. Friendly, professional, and a good value, I will be returning for any more needs for my vehicle. read more

Absolutely horrific service. I arrived at 7:30am, 30 min before they opened, and parked my car at what I thought was the entrance to the garage (where people usually park to get oil changes) and it just so happened to be next to the staff entrance. At 8am, I saw staff arrive with their breakfast, notice my car parked their with lights on, and completely disregard it. Finally, at 8:15, I drove to the waiting area entrance and saw that someone was in front of me. It wouldn't have bothered me so much except for the fact that these lazy employees saw my car parked in the wrong place and said absolutely nothing to me. I arrived early, just so I could make it back to my own job, and they could have cared less. I asked for the manager's number and I as given the number to the shop. If I had not already purchased a Groupon, I would have left. Bottom line: staff does not care about you. read more

I have attempted to get oil change twice now. Back to back days. Both times were the second or third person there but I was told I have to wait 1 hour or 2 just to get an oil change. Only because they had 1 person to open and the others come in at 9 I'm guessing. Well if that's the case then please open up at 9 then. I have been going there since I was 16 years old. It usually take 20 mins for an oil change. Fast and quick. I use to brag about y'all but now I can't do that anymore; Just an hour for oil change. I really don't wanna go no where else but since time changing. Probably gonna have to change that soon. Ima try one more time so we see. read more

They gave me an appointment in the time frame I needed. Provided speedy and complete service. Location convenient to shopping and dining within a few blocks so you can do something while you wait. There is a bus stop right next door. Special kudos to Tim, who works the counter as he was so friendly and gracious. Great place Tim was a great salesmen then oilchanger then cashier perfect experience

My daughter has a Ford escape and the battery was completely dead. Ford puts the battery in a way that you have to go to a dealer to get it removed and replaced but all dealers were booked out for three days before they could see her car. I contacted precision auto and they were able to see the car right away. My daughter's check engine light was also on So they ran a series of diagnostic test on it as well. They confirmed that it was probably due to the very bad battery that was in the car and got everything running without adding any additional cost. It was all done in one day and Lucas was very nice and professional. We are extremely grateful for the great service that they provided. read more

Their oil change price was way to steep, the guy who quoted me seemed more absorbed in the tv than me as well.

The owner is really nice and helpful. They used to change the oil in my VW Jetta and it was the best price in town and they are fast too! I can drop it off at lunch and they usually call me to come get it before my lunch break is over. I'd highly recommend this place if you want it done right and at a good price! read more

Mickey (I guess the owner?) was extremely nice and welcome. Nick did the service on my vehicle and he was very efficient and knowledgable. As a female bringing a vehicle to a auto store, I often worry about being taken advantage of. But they gave me exactly what I needed (oil change), I was in and out in 20 minutes, and I felt respected & appreciated for my business. About $30 for the standard oil change package and SUPER FAST SERVICE! I just moved to little rock but I think these will be my guys for auto help from now on! read more

When searching for a mechanic or oil service station everyone is always afraid of getting ripped off so I hope this review of Precision Tune Auto Care shows you there are still honest people out there and they work here. I just moved here from Texas and found out from these guys that I was paying double for oil services that I shouldn't have been. I'm a guy and know nothing about cars but my truck is my office as I travel all over the southeastern US for work as a salesman, so I just always figured my service station in Texas was taking care of my truck with all the charges they kept saying I needed and what type of oil as I require an oil change once a month. Turns out it was all a lie and I was getting completely ripped off. I told the the guys here my job and how much driving I do, etc, so they knew my situation of needing my truck in top condition and when they saw all what I had been told I needed done every time and which oil to use, they told me I was being lied too and was being charged double for oil!! I thought to myself finally a honest mechanic!! I always thought I was getting ripped off back in Texas, but again I know nothing about cars, and it turns out I was.
