I then trusted my rotors and breaks to them. They used good parts and I have experienced no problems.... great value. Recently I trusted them to fix a gasket leak and to change out a water pump. The cost was very good compared to the dealer. Once finished, my car actually ran better than before they did the repairs because they replaced the timing belt while the engine was open....come to find out the timing belt was off a tooth and had been making the engine a little louder than it should have been . The car has no leaks and rides wonderfully despite it's 10 years and 205k miles. I just referred my sister to them for her Range Rover which she has only trusted to the dealer up to this point.

The parts were delayed in shipping I was told however rock auto sell OEM parts for $104 plus shipping. I don't mind paying more if I get a speedy repair. This was a slow leak they could have asked for a deposit, and when the parts came in do the repair. Note that we requested stop coolant leak, stop power steering leak, check ac system. They ordered the radiator hoses and nothing else. At the rate they were performing service the vehicle would have been there easily another 2 weeks... waiting on parts and whatever else. This was the second time my wife took a vehicle there, tried to give them the benefit of a doubt. I am no longer seeing this as a viable option for my vehicle maintenance. I weld for a living and don't have a shop, at the rate this is going I'll be better off working on my own vehicles. Most people don't have spare vehicles sitting around, 2 weeks without a vehicle is rough. Especially when it's something someone could do in half a days time with minimal experience. I will never take my car anywhere else! The problem with my car: I have a 2012 Honda Accord EX-L that I bought off Facebook Marketplace back in June. It seemed fine at first--just needed some basic maintenance and an oil change--but a couple of months later, I started noticing it was idling rough and the RPMs were revving higher than normal. Eventually, the check engine light came on with a code for the mass airflow sensor. I had that replaced, but the problem continued. I had a couple of mechanics look at my car and none of them could fix the problem. That's when I took it to Todd, and I'm so thankful I did. He not only fixed the issue but went above and beyond to make sure my car was running smoothly again. It's such a relief to find a mechanic who's both knowledgeable and truly honest. i am actually surprised that the labor cost wasn't higher. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family.
