Had I known that the simple task of getting the title to a vehicle purchased from this dealership would lead to the run around that's occurred I would have gone elsewhere. Untold phone calls & messages left with the Title Clerk will net you no call back and no response. You will fair no better with the general Manager as he is "unavailable" apparently never in his office and he doesn't return calls either. Getting this title seems like an impossible task leaving me to wonder what is so wrong with the sale of this vehicle that they cannot or will not produce a title for the vehicle. My only other option now is to take the 45 min. drive to the dealership. I would strongly suggest purchasing elsewhere because buying a vehicle can be time consuming and stressful and the added headache of chasing a title AFTER the initial sale is totally unwarranted. I will post an update when and if this "Saga of the Title" ever gets resolved. However, before going to purchase at this dealership ask yourself this question "How much is MY time worth", getting the sale takes time, a lot of time but believe me getting a title takes even more.
