I had successful back/disc surgery many years ago but recently started having symptoms of a pinched nerve in my lower back with nerve pain running down my right leg. I knew if I went to a spine surgeon they would recommend surgery and that is something I did not want to have. Consequently, through my Pilates instructor I found Dr. Aaron and Flintridge Family chiropractic office with hope that he could help me. After an extensive consultation, x-rays and an agreed-upon treatment plan I dedicated myself to three visits per week for two-three months.
