Attendant was not very helpful to my wedding party, we had to get all our own dresses, and try on,…read moreno suggestions, no helping of zippers etc. when she found out that I already purchased my dress elsewhere she basically left us- she was helping other groups. Came back measured 2 of my maids, and we paid For that day saying to order. (Their system forces you to tip?? - which we didn't have help so?? ) also her attitude was very off putting and pushy for sales. We thought everything was taken care come to find out the order was never placed, luckily we called to check, then they just told me to email- like I wasn't on the phone talking to them?- so I did- stating the dresses were paid for and to order. I again had to call back because I didn't hear back. First person I spoke with told me dresses back in Aug- 2nd week and when I questioned it- as my wedding is the first week of September- another person came on and said June? I have very little faith this is going to end well. Customer service and communication can definitely be improved!

They've got underwear, shapewear, and PJ's for men & women and the prices are pretty good. It's not the biggest Jockey store so don't expect a huge selection especially on the PJ front. If you like the brand, there's a free rewards program that scores you coupons regularly as well as regular $10 off rewards.

I also stopped over in the kids area, and there were great sales there, too. Winter jackets for $40!! Really nice thick ones. As far as the service, everyone waiting in line was taken care of quickly and efficiently, which is always good at a busy outlet store. I'm definitely going to be stopping by again.

And just rambling alot of times but that's no big deal. All of a sudden he started making up things like I couldn't keep the box the kitty treats came in even though I bought the whole box. So as he ran them up he threw the boxes in the garbage. The lady in back of me also was l8ke what the heck! Next day I came & talked to the manager she said she NEVER said that & knew immediately who I was talking about. Everytime I go in there he tries to pull something else claiming it comes from higher ups. Ya....the voices in his head perhaps!!! Tonight I wanted to buy a six pack of water they were the gallon size & in plastic wrap & of course he claimed he had to open & ring each separately to which I said "NO YOU DON'T there's an open pk over here I ran to get the single bottle & told him to ring it up it's. He started to tell me I was being rude to which said no I'm not I've shopped here for years & never had to deal with this unmitigated nonsense before. I'm 71 & I just don't have the time or patience for this crapola. These are just 2 examples. Yes I understand it's hard for them to keep help because of pay but I'm not going to put up with whatever mental or emotional disability this young man may have! The manager seems like a very nice lady & she obviously has her hands full I really don't wanna have to go back to her again. I always enjoyed going in there now I tend to dread it.
