While perusing the many aisles, I was approached by two different sales people at different times who were very polite, offering help. When told no thanks, they left me alone which I appreciated, as opposed to some other stores that have sales people that "helicopter" their shoppers. When finding one of the pair of shoes I wanted in my size, I grabbed the box and realized that it only had one shoe in it; the other was the display model. I brought them to the checkout area and asked a woman behind the register, whom I believe was the store manager, to verify it was okay to use the display shoe. I then asked her if she could keep the shoes there for me while I continued shopping. Though little was said, she was very unfriendly and curt in her response. When taking the second pair of shoes I found in my size, the same thing occurred. I picked up the shoe box in my size and discovered that it, too, was missing a shoe and the other was the display model. I also brought this to the register with the same lady store manager and said, "Would you believe that both shoes I wanted to buy today in my size were used for the display? Isn't that funny?" ... referring to the coincidence and irony. Apparently, my comment irritated her because she made a face at me and rudely admonished me with some garbage about their inventory and store policy. The store has a large parking lot and shouldn't be a problem parking. All-in-all, this store deserves at least a four (4) star rating, but the fact that this woman behind the counter and most probably the store manager was so unfriendly, surly and rude to me, they get three stars.

Our experience here was ok. They have a large variety of Skechers to choose from, yet somehow we didn't find anything we were excited enough about to try on. We also expected their prices to be more of a bargain, when, in actuality they're pretty much what you would pay any where else in town. The whole vibe of the store is a bit haphazard and while there's tons of stock, there's not necessarily tons of stock in a variety of sizes (ie: not all sizes were represented). All in all, a bit of a ho-hum experience. I wouldn't likely make the trip to Greenfield for it when I can find Skechers at similar prices at other retailers closer by.

The line was out the door when I got here!…read more My shoes were like a flat tire and I felt like I was riding on my rims. I needed some new shoes! I went in here and they were packed! I got some service though and selected my first pair of on clouds. BEST shoes I have ever worn! Literally put some spring in my step. I got in the line of perpetual sadness and about 10 years later as I finally got up front I needed a walker not the shoes... just kidding!!! I actually went pretty quickly through the line and shortly I was riding in comfort again. If you haven't tried them... get some on clouds! You will not regret it!

She told me that the cloths on the wall are all $9.95 and the price of the others. I immediately found something that stood out and was the perfect size. And it was on the $9.95 wall. Sounds like a perfect experience. Not! When I went up to the counter I told her I found something that stood out. She said that is great! In such a fake voice. There was a young employee there and as the manager was processing the transaction, she was talking down to her and telling her what to do as she was supposed to know. I could see that the girl was embarrassed and I felt bad for her. This made me uncomfortable. What I would like to say to this manager, is micromanaging does not work! Google it! This young girl would make a better manager as maybe she already has more experience on how to treat people. I will most likely never go there again because of this experience. Maurice's is a fantastic store to get trendy (but will also last through the various crazy fashions…read moreand won't look outdated) casual, business casual, and special event attire. I love this location because I feel they always have a size run in the newest styles, whereas other locations may be sold out of an item - and similar items - in a particular size. Anytime I'm in the mood for a new outfit for work, every day, or vacation, I head to Maurice's. They also have cute jewelry and shoes. Catch them at the right time and they have amazing clearance sales! I often have a difficult time envisioning outfits, and Maurice's does a superb job with their mannequins and displays. I usually end up purchasing the outfit/items on display and sometimes right off the mannequin. The sales associates, particularly at this location, are very friendly and helpful; I like how they offer suggestions once they see what you are looking for, and if you aren't having any luck in the fitting room. If you are just browsing, they are not pushy - which I really appreciate! This store is, on average, pricey than Kohl's. However, the items are of better quality and are targeted to being a more "timeless" fashion rather than what's hot right now. I have gotten *so* many compliments on my work outfits that I purchased from this store; and even after years of wash and wear, they still look great. If you can't tell, I'm definitely a fan!

When one product we tried on was out of stock she found an even better one instead. I don't shop for makeup often and she answered all of my Qs without making me feel silly. And I had fun! I came in around 7pm Jan 10. I wish I knew her name to shout her out!
