VERY POOR!! I called in about a Tele-Medicine appointment to re-up my prescription from last year. The receptionist was extremely rude when I explained that I had asthma and was avoiding exposure as much as possible during this pandemic. She snapped back exclaiming that she has asthma AND a heart condition and that she comes in.. She also goes on to "assure" me that Dr. Danziger has already contracted COVID, but tested negative now, as though that makes it any more reassuring to come into the office.. I then get a letter today (see attached) saying that the Dr. will not see me AT ALL, since I was leery of coming into the office, face-to-face, DURING A PANDEMIC...!!! I went to Dr Danziger for my allergies. I went twice a week, every week. The last time I went they tried to charge me for something that was not my fault, it was the receptionist fault. (She was always grumpy) When I said it was not my fault they got very snippy and rude and told me if I did not pay the fee the Doctor would not see me. Sooo rude. The day I was suppose to see Dr Roger Danziger "The Nose Doc" after waiting sick with allergies for FIVE weeks, I was so excited to finally get relief and see him today. His office calls early AM, waking me up to say he needed to move my appointment up and had a family emergency. Red flag number one: He does not have ANY relationships to fill in for him? I said fine, figuring the new appointment would be still, this week. Nope! They want to see me April 20th, [five more weeks from now and well into ragweed season] and I suffered already for WEEKS to get to see this Doctor. Then I protest and say I will write a review and Michelle, Office manager for Dr Roger Danziger says I cannot do that because I have not been seen as a patient yet. (They created a patient relationship w me when Bluecross approved them as my care and they called my insurance.) So, yes, I can leave one. And I had to dig deep but I ground real reviews of same thing regarding Dr Roger Danzinger. They are just good at burrying them. He has been my Doctor for about three years and I find him to be excellent. His style is professional, yet relaxed, he is thorough and generous in his time explaining the problem and probably/possible solutions. I would recommend him without hesitation. He is attentive and I fully trust his guidance from a medical standpoint which has helped me control my asthma very well over the years. I made my appointment for 9. They always tell you to be early so I arrived at 8:45 and sat in the waiting room until 9:15. After that I sat in the exam room until 10 before he came in. Spoke to me for a few minutes and then sent me on my way. Seems to me they are really pushing the allergy shots which you have to do for 3 to 5 years and you don't see immediate results. I have been going to them for 6 months and have tried multiple over the counters and prescription nasal sprays and haven't made any improvement. Not to mention they can never figure out the insurance while your there so you have to wait for a bill in the mail. I'd rather pay then. read more

In summary, I wish all of my doctors were like Dr. Danziger - and I see a wide variety of Doctors. He cares and listens to each patient - you don't feel like a number.
