He came and got us in Denver at midnight while the rest of my fellow passengers scurried into shuttle buses to head off to the voucher hotels and try their luck at connecting in the morning. We were delivered safely to our hotel by 2:00am. I was asleep the whole ride. By the way - I was traveling with an infant. He got us a Car seat last minute.
