They were immediately helpful and promised to check out the car and call me before I needed to decide on another night's stay. True to their word, they diagnosed the issue and called me within an hour. I approved the work and they ordered a part from a nearby town. They said it could be end of the day before it was ready but that they'd get me on the road that day. I was prepared for a long sit in the motel office after I checked out of my room, but shortly after noon I got a call that the vehicle was ready. When I paid for the repairs and collected my keys, Don said that they do their best to take care of out-of-towners because they know it's a hardship to be stranded in a strange town. The repair was perfect, and the new battery they recommended should be good for several years to come. I was home in time for dinner. You cannot beat that kind of service and kindness. Highly recommended.

I went to this place twice, and both times I scheduled an appointment three weeks out. Each time, I…read morearrived on time first thing in the morning and dropped my car off, only to call at 4:30 p.m. (one hour before closing) and be told they had not even brought my car into the shop. I was then expected to leave my car overnight, which was a huge inconvenience, especially since all I needed was a simple oil change and front brake pads. Despite that experience, I decided to give Automotive Concepts Inc. another chance. Once again, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment. This time, I specifically asked to be scheduled on a day that was relatively empty and explained my frustration from the first visit, including having to leave my car overnight. I was assured that this would not be an issue and that they would be able to get to my car since that day was "wide open." I dropped my car off on the scheduled day first thing in the morning and did not hear back from the shop at all. I called again at 4:30 p.m., one hour before they closed, only to be told--once again--that they had not touched the car and it was still sitting where I left it. They started offering excuses, but at that point I was done hearing them. I told them not to touch the vehicle because I was not in a position to leave my car overnight again. When I arrived to pick it up, I was met with attitude. The owner slammed my keys on the counter and made a comment along the lines of "sorry, but I'm not perfect." That response was completely unprofessional. This is a business, with a receptionist and staff. At the very least, someone could have called to say they weren't going to get to the car that day so I could come pick it up, instead of tying up my entire day waiting without a vehicle. My time is money too, and it was completely wasted--twice. If you know you can't get to a customer's vehicle or don't have enough staff to keep up with the workload, don't take the car in. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

I wait 5 MORE DAYS before I call again(over 2 weeks at this point now). They tell me they'll call me back in 5 minutes so they can check the status(spoiler they don't) 20 minutes pass by and I decide to call again and they FINALLY say their finished and ready for pick up. I arrive and MY TIRES AREN'T EVEN MOUNTED TO MY RIM, I ask where my tires are because they're over 500 dollars for just a pair of them. They look confused and have to go ask before me having to wait another 30 minutes in the lobby for them to mount and balance them. I pick up my wheels and the product isn't even anything to brag about, it's straight and polished but you can clearly see where they welded and polished the bend, not to mention they ripped and tightened down the ever loving piss out of my valve stem seal and now it's torn and protruding instead of sitting flush, and when asked what happened was told 'it's a common thing to happen'. Paid 335 dollars for all of this. Yeah they have good ratings but I hope you have a better experience than I did because Jesus Christ I had a horrible time dealing with them
