The person answering the phone was super helpful, found the size I was looking for and confirmed they had it in stock. Bonus is that it was half the price of the one carried by Canadian Tire (who only had one that was in a open and demolished box, so couldn't be sure the tube was not damaged). The shop was easy to find on Waze, bonus that it is close to my favourite house-wears shop. What a pleasant surprise! Lots of bikes, shoes, clothing, panniers, and accessories. The staff were well knowledgeable, friendly and I believe I have found my new bike shop in the area (I'm originally from TO and needed to find a shop down here).

He basically put down Trek and Gary fishers saying that they were not good bikes and if I had any knowledge of bikes I would go with the Norco. Anyways he said he would give me a sweet deal on the 2009 Norco Kokanee for $650. Yes even though it was a year old. I asked him how much was the 2010 Norco Kokanee he said $750. I ended up going back to the trek dealer which somehow sold Norco and found the 2010 Kokanee for $650. You don't understand how mad I was when I could have bought the 2009 model for the same price as the 2010. The trek dealer even had the 2009 models for an extra 15% off. This guy is a scammer and a fake. I'm going to upload the business card which he gave me which the 2009 prices on it. What a jerk. Don't buy a bike from this guy without shopping around. I'll enjoy my 2010 Gary fisher Wahoo I got for $599 knowing that this guy is a scammer and I'm glad I didn't buy anything here.

I am completely blown away by the quality and the price of their service. I bought a used bike on…read morecraigslist two days ago. The bike's rear wheel was slightly bent. So, I decided to give this place a shot. In the process of testing the wheel, they found a problem with the chain and offered to replace it for $15. Pleasantly surprised by the price, I gladly accepted their offer. I hung around in the shop and watched them work. In the meantime, people kept dropping in with their bikes, but somehow they were able to handle it with great efficiency. After about 30 minutes, not only did they have my bike's wheel trued and chain replaced, they also made some minor tune-up, such as adjusting the brakes and checking the gears. All for the total of $35 ONLY!!! I couldn't believe it when I heard the price. I was charged twice as much at the other local bike shop, and they didn't even change anything! Now my used bike rides like new. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely return for their service and send my friends there.

With the second order, I purchased forks and two tires. Didn't receive a tracking for a few days called multiple times...I ordered on a Friday at around 12:30am...didn't hear about anything Monday or Tuesday so I decided to call. They were saying that I could receive the items the next day or Thursday at the latest. I still didn't get a tracking number by Wednesday so I called again, they said the order was delayed because they didn't have one of the tires in stock...then, I got a tracking number. The tracking number said arriving Friday...it is now Friday and I have received a package. I opened this package up and it's just the tires...WHERE ARE MY FORKS?!?! The package was delayed BECAUSE OF THE TIRE!!!! I should've received the forks FIRST! As this was a 1 of 2 package...the tracking number was not provided for the forks. I called and the guy said he'd provide the tracking number right away....two hours went by and still no tracking. I decided to call again and he was making excuses for not sending the tracking. The status still said the forks weren't even processed for shipping and I asked if he could accommodate me by replacing one of the tires with a different color because it turned out that the shade of green that this tire was was not to my liking. I was asking him to send out a different color tire with the forks and a return label so I could send him the green one back, this was a MAJOR problem for him as he was acting like I was going to rip him off. I had spent over $600 in the past two weeks as a first time customer and he wouldn't help me with the tire...that was how I was treated over a $30 part when I spent over $600. He was saying it was my fault for choosing economy shipping but I only chose that because another employee said it would make a difference even if I chose the $50 extra shipping....so they lost my potential as a frequent returning customer. I should've received the forks first because it wouldn't have been a big deal to grab a different tire. These forks are specific for my frame and were $50 less with albes but now I wish I would've just ordered from source/sparkys to spend that extra $50 for better service. June 21st is tomorrow and it was my goal to have this bike put together by then, but albes has failed me. I've spent the last month collecting all these parts separately for my complete custom bike. There's no reason for lack of communication or for an order to not even enter transit until a WHOLE week later. Source/sparkys and eBay will be my go to vendors from now on, as for albes is dead to me.
