They don't work on commission so there was no pushy feeling at all. They also offer some great warranty, repair and accessory options if you purchase through them. They sell used bikes as well as new. Saw some great specialized road bikes there that I was able to test drive around the lot. I was in desperate need of a bike that could handle more city miles and riding after struggling commuting around the city on a mountain bike. I initially called the shop to see if they had any bikes in-store within my price point that fit my height/weight and within an hour of riding up there I was leaving the store with a new bike. I was able to trade-in my mountain bike and apply the funds toward discounting the nice new hybrid Batch bike I purchased. Purchasing a new bike here also includes a 1year free tune up as well. Great experience and find myself often recommending others here. Dave and the Walled Lake staff have been nice. They have helped me upgrade my base purchase of a Verve 2. Best part of buying a Trek bike is that it comes with a free adjustment and free tune up within one year of purchase. Compared to my previous bike, it is solid, quiet, and lighter due to the aluminum frame. I would purchase a different style bike from here. Look forward to diving deeper into the biking world.
