We had issues with quality from the onset and brought those issues to his attention. He was responsive and assured us there wouldn't be any further problems. Over time, things got worse and different cleaners were brought in by Lance to clean our home. We soon discovered the people Lance hired to clean our home were bringing their small child to work with them and would smoke cigarettes on the property. When we brought this to Lance's attention, he fully defended his employees actions and became passive aggressive. We decided to give him one more chance and again, the same employees arrived to clean and this time they brought two small children with them and continued to smoke on our non-smoking property. Lance's employees were at our house for 12 man hours and it wasn't until I texted Lance to find out what his employees were doing in our house for 12 hours that suddenly they left. The guest we had arriving the following day called me to state the sheets on their bed were filthy and they had to wash them. We ended up reimbursing our guests $500 for their inconvenience. We paid Lance exactly what he invoiced us and when we fired him, he returned huge bags of unwashed laundry, even though we paid him for his services. We have asked him multiple times how he plans to rectify this situation but he has gone completely silent and refuses to respond. We do not recommend Clean Worx or Lance for cleaning services.

However, this was the first time I had dealt with such a situation (bathroom flooded and seeped to the rest of the condo and the floors needed to be redone). I didn't realize there were three different areas of work that needed to be done: mitigation and cleaning, deconstruction, and reconstruction. I thought "mitigation and cleaning" was the sum total of what needed to be done and inclusive of everything. I had no understanding that there were three phases. It could be that someone in the company tried to explain it to me, I don't know. I was dealing with too much at the time (health concerns, a mother with health concerns, moving, etc.) and nothing was going right and it made me really grumpy thinking about how much money was going toward this project and how long it was taking. However, the Cleaner Guys continued to be professional and polite throughout the experience. Once they were done with the flooring and repairs I was very, very happy. They did a fantastic job not only with the flooring, but also with repairs, repainting, replacing, etc., and the condo almost feels like a brand new home. I am very happy with the work that they did. Just remember that it will cost more and take longer than you expect it to. It's not going to be a sprint. It's going to be a marathon.

Fair enough, mistakes happen, it's how the company handles their mistakes that matter to me. I called their customer service to try to resolve and Jennifer tried to blame me for the mistake even though I followed her instructions exactly when I called to schedule the appointment earlier in the week. I took a day off of work, and instead of trying to work with me they spent the first 15 minutes of the call making me feel like I screwed up. These clowns need to be in a circus and not in the cleaning business.
