It is with great disappointment that I must post this review. While Rogers Design Group did provide quality design expertise, and my home is beautiful, the quality of the finished product has left much to be desired. At this high price point, I do not believe quality should ever be compromised, and, thus, quality control should be of paramount importance to a design firm of this stature.
To be more specific, I have numerous pieces of upholstered furniture that are fraying and splitting at the seams. Please note this furniture is barely, if ever, used, and is only three years old. I have furniture supplied by a previous designer that is over 12 years old with no sign of this wear at all. Furthermore, while vendors and textiles can provide service and quality that is less than expected, I believe it is the responsibility of the design firm, who contracted, or purchased, said services, or products, to offer accountability for such. I have had several vendors, one actually recommended by Rogers Design Group, come to my home to appraise these issues, and all have noted the poor quality of both the fabric used, and the workmanship. I, of course, communicated these findings to Rogers Design only to be told that they can offer advisement regarding the correction of these issues, but all service and product will be at my cost. Thus, I am beyond disappointed, and quite infuriated.
Moreover, there have been other issues, with other furniture pieces and services rendered that are truly to numerous to mention. This is clearly not the service, accountability, or professionalism expected, or promised. Thus, I believe it is my responsibility to warn others before contracting this group.
