I came here for an exhaust leak and ended up having a Cat Shield installed to keep my catalytic converter from getting pilfered . Glad I finally made it here because they do a lot more than work on exhausts. They even took off some wheel locks that the previous vehicle owner failed to provide me with the key for. Mind you, a large regional tire service shop could not and/or would not even do this for me. We recently had some work done on our Rv at Roger's shop. I contacted the shop trying to get some information on a replacement for a catalytic converter gone bad. Sharky was very helpful and did some research on our rig but Roger ended up calling me. Roger was so helpful in finding a solution for us to get our rig up and running again. Fearing it would be too pricey, he was able to get us a high quality replacement at a reasonable price. We couldn't be happier with the service we received at his shop. Saw a row of cars out in the parking lot--a good sign. After a brief office wait, I explained my CRV situation to Roger, who then gave what I thought was a fair and reasonable estimate. I left on foot to get lunch, and some 90 minutes later, returned to pick up my car. Mind you, the technician had to FIRST let the exhaust system air-cool while on the lift before he could safely start working on my car. Sometimes you get such solid service that you are just a jerk if you don't drop a review. You also gotta let everyone know they're missing out if they go elsewhere. I needed a cover for my catalytic converter, some guys were trying to steal it last night. They not only fit me in quickly so the guys couldn't come back to finish the job, but they actually did a couple extra welds to secure the damage the thieves did, and didn't charge me extra. I found a leak on my muffler and went straight to yelp to find a place nearby. Roger's was one of the first locations that popped up, they had good reviews so I made the call, talked to sparky and made an appointment. After a call or two from the shop regarding the issue I had them go ahead and do the work, it took about 2 days to get the work done. They did offer to get it done the same day but I told them to take their time, I wasn't in a rush to get my truck back. I have never had a muffler replaced so I was clueless about the cost. However, once it was all said and done the price was a little lower than I was expecting and their service was fantastic. Just walking into the shop you know it's a legit shop. There wasn't loud music blaring in the background, or loose dogs running around. It was nothing more than shop that had welding and grinding noise as background noise. I have been having a hard time sleeping knowing my family's Prius was parked outside without protection for our catalytic converter. I saw an ad for Rogers Exhaust Shop and decided it was a sign that we need to do this NOW. I called one morning around 9-10AM and I was there by 11AM. A little over an hour later, my car was done! There is a great breakfast shop next door called Red Hill Coffee Shop that is the perfect place to wait for you car to be ready and have a hefty breakfast (come hungry!). Be sure to bring cash as they are cash only, but they do have an ATM. Luckily..I was able to borrow cash since I didn't have an ATM card on me. Overall, great experience. Thank you Sparky for your expertise and help! I definitely recommend this shop for protection against getting your catalytic converter stolen for not just a Prius but all types of cars!
