When we first moved in we had a few minor repairs that needed to be done asap and he fit us in his busy schedule and did excellent work. We have had him do everything from exhaust fan replacement, removing carpet in a bathroom and replacing it with flooring. He replaced 2 toilets, repaired a hanging rain gutter and painted stair railings. He has replaced a side of our deck that was damaged and changed the design to match the rest of the deck. He used quality pressure treated wood and was climbing up and down to get this 2nd floor railing perfect. He is very busy (which means he is very good), so you might have to wait a bit for an opening in his schedule but he is worth it. Plus he is a very nice guy and easy to communicate with. He invoices and always makes sure we are all on the same page.
