I went by the shop this morning to actually put eyes on my truck and the ONLY thing they've done is tear it down! NOTHING has been done even tho I was told a week ago it was almost done and just waiting on 1 little part. it's even bn sitting on a flat the entire time!! They have "revised" the estimate a total of NINE times to the tune of over $22,000! All I can say is at this point I don't even feel safe driving the truck after they eventually complete the repairs. Be smart, take your business elsewhere and avoid this nightmare.

Toyota collision wanted to keep the vehicle for close to a month to repair it. We contacted Gerber and had them take a look at the vehicle and they gave us a turn around time of a couple of days! We dropped it off on a Wednesday evening and it was ready for pick up looking good as new Friday before close! Part of the quote included replacing a part of trim that had the possibility of breaking when they removed it to get to the part needing repair. In the end the part didn't break when they removed it so they saved us that part of the fee. It was nice to have that presented from the get go though! Great experience from start to finish and will be back for any future needs!

Updating my review: After calling in directly instead of…read moregoing through the Mazda dealership, I was able to get connected with Taylor hunter at the Tulsa location on skelly. I had been dealing previously with the integrity customs that only dealt with the Mazda dealership, and after they had my car for a week (I said take as much time as you need) they redid the entire car, staring from scratch, and fixed all of the issues. I am very confident this will be far better than my previous experience, because looking around the car the quality of the work is FAR better. Alex was the one who did the PPF job himself and he did an excellent job, and even went ahead and PPFd the headlights which weren't done previously. The workmanship is definitely high quality here and what I would expect. Taylor, the manager said they are looking into why the dealership location is doing such a poor job, so I would say go to the north location to have work done or redone, and avoid the dealership location at this time. Seriously happy with the job and quality done at this location. Far less seems, far better edges, nearly no imperfections. Exactly what I would have expected and super happy with the fix so far. I am confident Taylor and Alex will be able to handle any future issues with the job, but by the quality of the work really shows a stark difference from what I saw before and I am confident this job will last. Updating to 4 stars because the help I received from Taylor and Alex was 5 stars, but my previous experience was terrible with the other location, and I would have preferred this level of workmanship and professionalism from the start. Old review: Absolutely regret choosing this business to PPF and tint my new car. I have had to bring my car back maybe 8 times so far to have work redone. Every time I get my car back there are bubbles and debris stuck under the PPF, pretty much on every panel there are bubbles. The first time I had my bumper done they literally just put the PPF over dead bug remains. I was totally shocked. The trunk was done so poorly it had about 0.5" of material hanging off underneath it that I had to trim myself and then eventually bring the car back in for. PPF came up off the bumper multiple times, is now coming off the door and has about 10 bubbles/spots on the rocker panel all in the same place. When installing my rear tint they damaged the surround of my rear window in my convertible top, and despite that there are bubbles all over the window. I also just noticed there is liquid residue from the tinting that they got up and inside the view of my rain sensing camera. I have never had issues like this before and am genuinely so upset I trusted this business with my new car. I have clearly tried working with them several times but I should not have to come back once, let alone more than 5 times. Maybe this place would work for you if you are not particular but if you are detail oriented TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Which was a little frustrating, made me think "would they have even called or ordered the windshield if I didn't call?" The day of my appointment I dropped my car off at 9am, thinking it would just take a couple of hours. Around 2pm I called for an update on when it would be done. They told me they weren't sure and it's still being worked on, but surely by the end of the day. I finally got a call around 3pm for pickup. While it was a quick process to finish check out, I am not happy with the services. I got in my car the next day with shorts on only to find tiny shards of glass covering my seats and on the back of my legs. I am not sure why there was glass pieces all over my seats, dashboard, and inside my console. But I would think they would do a clean up after install to prevent this situation.

Apparently their system/camera can't read license plates that include verticals letters. I hoped that over time they would recognize this is a problem for customers but instead they're fine with wasting time and sending out the workers to get your information repeatedly. Never had an issue with a car wash that provided a barcode. Apparently Tommy's technology isn't very good.
