Now, four years later, when a distracted driver clipped the front corner of my car, I knew who I wanted to repair the damage. I scheduled an appointment for the day after the accident and dropped my car off at their location on Mall Hill Drive. During the entire process I was kept in the loop with weekly text messages. The gentleman that inspected the car was professional and thorough. He took photographs and researched the existing emblems and letters to insure everything was good and available to purchase if any were damaged during the repair. He gave me the estimate and I accepted it and made an appointment to bring the car in this morning, 7/27/26. When I arrive, there is a lady standing outside who i later found out is Shannon Hall Lamb, she walks up and asked me if she could help me, I said no thank you the gentleman from Saturday was already helping me. He came out with a paint tech and started showing him what needed to be done, the young man with him said no problem it could all be done easily. This is when Shannon stepped in and said she wasnt comfortable with doing the job. I asked what she meant. She then stated that she didnt trust her employees to do the job right and not break something that she couldnt replace and started using "corporate" as an excuse. So, a couple things here. 1. Her estimator and painter already said it was not a big deal. 2. I drove 30 miles on saturday and 30 miles today only to be told she didnt trust her employees enough. So, either she is a bold faced liar in reference to her employees abilities or she is an incredibly terrible boss who would denigrate her employees to a potential customer, either way, not a good look for someone in a leadership position. looking back, I guess i should be glad I didnt have my car repaired there since this person Shannon is such a terrible boss that she cant trust her own employees to do their job correctly.
