Worst place you will ever do business with. Sold us a POS new boat. It now has 24 hours on it. Weve needed road side assistance. It's been in the shop for weeks. Towed off the lake twice. Engine billowing smoke and our children crying terrified to go back on it. Roger's marina has the worst customer service and sold us a lemon. We are now seeking legal action. Do yourself a favor and go ELSEWHERE!!! read more

I wanted to like this boat shop but they charged a lot, the livewell still leaked after repairing it on my new boat, the battery connection for the trolling motor they hooked up came loose and shorted out on me out on lake powell on my first trip out after they installed it new. They charged me $100 to install a battery charger that just had to be screwed on to the battery terminal. Gave them a chance to make it right and they had no comment or did not offer anything for my trouble. 43K purchase and they treat me like that. Not going back to them. read more

We bought our boat from these guys and they were awesome. This is our 4th boat we have purchased and our first non Malibu boat and by far the best we have ever been treated by a dealership. We were also a little nervous about leaving the Malibu brand but we have loved our boat every bit as much and saved a big chunk of money. I will reserve reviews on the service department as I have not had any done there yet but if the service there is anything like the sales and delivery experience, then they will get 5 stars as well. read more

Took my boat to have what was quoted as a $250.00 repair and it turned into a 589.00. To be fair they did tell me about a few things they found and quoted me $400.00 to fix those. So I went to pick it up and it was $589. The guy was rude and told me that it was worse than they thought and that he called and told me, I told we had not talked and then he said he left a voice mail when I listened to the voicemail again it only says the boat is done. I tried to save a few $ and it bit me in the butt. I will pay a little more and stay at S&S. read more

Have used Roger's only a couple of times. Alway's a lot more expensive than the quote. Poor communication and they are rude. I have never had the problem resolve the first time and as quoted. I don't go there any longer. read more

I purchased a new Lund boat from RPM and am extremely pleased with their service. There were a few things that weren't quite right, but RPM worked very hard to meet my needs and expectations. The incorrect fish finders were initially installed but they were able to overnight the ones I wanted and quickly got them installed. There was also a problem with the bow mount trolling motor (not their fault) but they quickly corrected that issue as well. I greatly appreciate their frequent communication, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Established in 2012.

Roger's Performance Marine North was started in 2012 after Roger Barker Jr. Owner and founder of Roger's Performance Marine LLC decide to expand his fast growing business from Southern Utah. The opportunity came when his dad Roger Barker Sr. Owner of former Roger's Marine decided to sell his business to his son and become the general manager at this location. Roger's Performance Marine North is located where Roger's Marine had been for the last thirty years. So if you see a new name don't worry same great people same great service.

Meet the Business Owner: Roger B.

Roger Barker Jr. is the heart and sole of the RPM legacy. Roger started in the marine world at the early age of 15 working under his dad Roger Barker Sr. at Roger's Marine. Later on in life Roger Jr. decided that northern Utah was just to darn cold so he packed up and headed down south to St. George, Utah where he started working for St. George Marine, there he quickly worked his way to Service Manager. After 7 short years Roger Jr. decided to part ways from St. George Marine. In 2002 Roger Jr. opened the doors to a small 2 bay shop located in Washington, Utah. Through all his hard work, honest service and all around great business man that small shop soon exploded into a family owned business with two locations with world class service, sales and anything else a boat owner should ever need. Roger Jr. is an easy going guy and likes the little things in life if you ever see him at either location strike up a conversation with him and be prepared to smile and laugh.

I booked a boat repair appointment and clearly explained the issue over the phone. I was told confidently, "Yes, we handle this type of repair all the time." They explained the pricing as follows: $75 deposit to confirm the visit, and a $175 flat fee for the first diagnostic hour -- which would only be charged if no repair was done. If a repair proceeded, that $175 would be fully applied to the repair cost. I paid the deposit and scheduled the visit in good faith. At the appointment, the mechanic -- Tyler, who also identified himself as the co-owner and said his father Jeff was his partner -- showed up clearly inexperienced. Per his own words, he had been fired on the spot from his previous mechanic job. He had no idea how to diagnose the issue. Instead, he fumbled around, calling friends and his dad, and flipping through the manual. This, after I was assured over the phone that they were qualified for this exact issue. When I asked what was going on, Tyler admitted: "I can't figure it out. I'll refund you the $75 because I can't fix it." But he didn't just fail -- he left my boat in worse condition than when he arrived, with tampered and potentially damaged electrical systems. I'm now considering legal action for financial loss and emotional stress. Then came the final insult: they sent me a $750 invoice -- despite Tyler's clear promise not to charge me and to refund the deposit. I followed up and spoke with him again. He told me he'd "have accounting reach out to fix it," but no one ever followed up. After more ignored calls, I finally reached someone by phone -- whom I believe was Jeff, based on what Tyler told me (that Jeff is his father and co-owner). That person told me they would take me to court if I didn't pay. This company misrepresented their capabilities, broke their word, possibly damaged my boat, and tried to bill me for hundreds of dollars after delivering no legitimate service. Stay far away from this business. What I experienced wasn't just incompetence -- it was deceptive, disorganized, and potentially predatory.

Other places charge five dollars for helmet rental, $50 for early pick up or late drop off and or overnight fee. Peak offers free helmet rentals. They also had a much better return policy allowing us to return the equipment the next morning. We rented a Kawasaki Teryx which seats 5 which I was able to pull with my 4.7 liter Tundra. When we got to the yard the equipment was on the trailer (which is included in the rental) with tie-downs looking ready to go. There was a little bit of a snafu locating the key and making sure the oil level was good. Turns out the previous renter had dropped it off just that morning and the machine had not yet been checked out for damage by the time we were to take it and go. Jeff the mechanic checked it out before we left, so we hooked it up and away we went. I had asked Miles where we might go and he recommended the Skyline Wasatch trail which is pretty close-by. We started at the Bountiful "B" and headed north toward Farmington Canyon. My wife drove the whole day with a smile on her face. The kids had a blast. It was a nice day and as we got higher in elevation the kids started getting cold. Great problem to have on a 90° plus summer day. We got to the Apex where we could see the Weather Station on top of the mountain separating Morgan/Davis counties. That is where the trail starts heading down toward Farmington Canyon trailhead. Lo and behold the trail on the north side of the summit was blocked by snow! July 5th and the snow was still a factor. It was awesome. We had a great time playing in the snow and snapping photos for the album. My only concerns were these: the equipment not having been checked out at check-out and we did not receive any signed paperwork when we turned-in the equipment. That made me wonder if I would have to go through the "getting charged for damage we didn't do" wringer. Also the gas gauge on our OHV seemed to be a bit wonky. That gave us a little bit of anxiety. Peak Adventure staff (Miles and Jeff) were very helpful and accommodating.
