I let him know, but he still suggested coming out to check it just in case--which I appreciated. When he arrived, he was on time, very friendly, and professional. He checked everything and noticed my freezer had a lot of ice buildup, which was likely the cause of the noise. He mentioned we could wait for it to defrost so he could clean it out, and I was like... are we really going to wait for that? Then he casually said he had a steamer and could take care of it right away--I was honestly impressed. He cleaned out the ice buildup quickly and explained everything clearly. Super helpful and easy to work with. Overall, great experience--honest, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile. If he ever offers full fridge/freezer cleaning, I'd book that too lol.
