I got a text back saying it would be 120-135 min before they would be there to pick up the car, so I left the car and had my friend come pick me up. At 1:20pm I got another text saying the ETA had been changed, and that they would be another 120-135 min before they can pick up my car. At 3:45my car is still not home, and I have not heard from the insurance company or the driver. I called the insurance company and told them it's been 4 hours an my car still hasn't been picked up. She said she would call the tow company. As soon as she had them on the line, I got a text said they'd pick up my car in 20 minutes. Imagine that!! I told them they needed to switch different towing companies because this one has only bad reviews.

Again, I was supposed to be at work at and I had to get my kids to daycare. I called back, same thing. The lady that worked there answering the phone was getting mad because I had been calling trying to see where the driver was I had been waiting and I needed to be at work. I called again , she told me that she called the driver and told him to contact me but he never and that I should call my insurance back after I had been waiting two hours already to find someone else to do the tow. (Screams) oh how I was very upset. I asked for his number myself and she said that sh couldn't give that out. But any other Tow company gives out there drivers number. But anyways, I had to call my insurance back so they could see what was going on. They called the tow company and they told then insurance agent that the driver was stuck in traffic. I lost it!! youre telling me that you have been stuck in traffic from 9am - 12p?!! Fuck out of here! We had to find another way to work and I had to bring my child with me because too much time had passed by so I couldn't take him where he was supposed to go. Then as we were heading to work, the driver finally calls saying he was ten minutes away from our location. WE'RE GONE NOW!! We needed assistance THREE HOURS AGO!! I missed out on hours from work because I was waiting on this company! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND letting your insurance know you don't want their service. We could have been in a ditch on the side of the rode and something could have happened to me and my family because we were waiting so long for them.
