Luckily, my husband had one that he bought a while ago in his trunk so we're able to start the oil change process. The company offers military discount and they have coupons in their website so be sure to go check it out before hand. Also, you can't stack discounts/coupons. Even after we supplied them with a filter they weren't able to get a reduced price for the oil change because I'm pretty sure the service included the cost of a new filter. Less than a month later, my car is telling me to add oil which should NEVER happen after a recent oil change. That was my first red flag. It gets worse: * They rushed through my service, didn't give me an oil change sticker, and acted like everything was fine. * I came back the next day to complain, and the manager didn't care he just gave me a sticker and said he'd update my info when I returned. * The paperwork claimed they inspected my car and noted a leak yet didn't tell me that, show me anything, or recommend a fix. Just quietly wrote it in the fine print. * When I called the shop, no one answered. I had to contact Jiffy Lube customer service directly, and now I'm waiting 1-3 days for someone to maybe respond while my car risks damage. Update: Turned my car on! SMH Update: My engine is making noise now and still no oil leaks anywhere. I shouldn't be dealing with this right after an oil change. Something's not right. Update: Slight Progress but Ongoing Frustration with Unprofessionalism After filing a formal complaint with customer service, I was finally contacted by the actual manager not the shift lead I'd previously dealt with. To his credit, he was polite and seemed genuinely interested in helping. He called me at 7:30 AM the morning after my complaint and insisted to come to my home to inspect the vehicle. Once here, he briefly looked under the car and identified a small oil leak within two minutes. He then asked me to bring the vehicle to the shop for a full diagnostic. During our conversation, I asked why I wasn't notified of the leak during my last oil change. His response? "It's not policy to inform customers; it's only done as a courtesy." He also stated that surveillance footage confirmed the technician noticed the issue and pointed it out to a colleague--but no one told me at the time. When I asked about asking for a manager and he stated it was shift lead he said technically he was the manager because I wasn't there. To make matters worse, I had previously called customer service, where I was told to wait 1-3 business days for a resolution yet no one ever mentioned that free oil top-offs are available between services. I ended up spending $48 out of pocket for oil and paying someone to top it off for me. The manager did say he would reimburse me for that cost, but as of now, I haven't received a thing. While the manager seemed like he truly wanted to help, the overall experience has been chaotic, inconsistent, and highly unprofessional. I'm now reluctant to bring my vehicle back to this location. Between the lack of transparency, failure to follow through, and ongoing miscommunication, I no longer trust this company to provide honest or reliable service.

Schaefer Automative gives that old school vibe. Checkered-pattern floors with the red and black diner sofas. There is a small, classic model car display and a license plate ceiling...that's still being added to! When it comes to service, Steven is great with listening to what you need done to your vehicle, even if you are not car smart. His customer service is the same over the phone as it is in-person. I was allowed to speak my thoughts and expectations with the technician working on my car. Mark was receptive and willing to take the time to talk with me about everything concerning my car and even the culture of the businesses. Schaefer Automotive cares about their customers and the service they provide. The only downside is you have to make an appointment well in advance....because everyone likes to come here! Nonetheless, I'll definitely be back! fin.

Combined with not being eligible for the rebates that they promised I would receive leaves me to say this place is terrible. Hate to say because they seem honest and genuine but that is the just a front. So I show up needing new tires ans brakes. I sing up for the credit card because it's over three grand. I was promised $180 in rebate but afterwards I applied and get denied. Ouch right. Then they told me my alignment is good afterwards expect for the front toe and they needed special cameras to do it correctly. That's bull. The dealership told me that they just didn't do it! Now I am paying $330 for a proper alignment so my new tires don't wear out quickly. You guys got me! Never again and hopefully this review fixes your trash service.
