A week later I got messages on Saturday night from one of the owners who was seemingly intoxicated. He claimed he suddenly needed 25% of the quote immediately to keep my reservation, more than 30 days before the work was set to begin. When I refused and told them I wasn't comfortable with this alteration of the deal they were rude to me and canceled my quote. I dodged a bullet with these guys. The owner is so weirdly obsessed with scams too out of nowhere, bringing them up multiple times, maybe because that's what he do if given the chance...

He told me that my top of the line Foscam POE cameras would work fine with the new Phantom nvr and camera system. That was the first lie. The second lie was that I gave the go ahead to where the rack enclosures were to be mounted. They both were a complete surprise to me when they went up. Mike the head looser showed me pictures on his phone with painters tape showing there mount location, but I never saw them until after I complained. The third and worst lie that very much insulted my intelligence he removed 2 fans from one of the rack cabinets! My wife, daughter and myself remember the fan noise as loud and irritating. First he told me that I was mixed up, and confusing it with the first enclosure, that has both the fans. When that didn't work he said it was the poe switches. BEWARE of this lying cheat. I would have included picture and video, but not sure yelp allows. I will be posting on every review platform out there. I hope his partner John can get a good job, or go out on his own, because he was alright, but mike the clown is going down. He even lousy enough to take all the instruction manuals and instructions with him, so I have almost no idea how to operate the nvr equipment. The internet is down or extremely laggy 95% of the time not to mention if the slightest breeze is outside, you get internet outages. I pay around $100 a month for this craptacular internet, its the only one available in this area. However Talk Wireless said they would be bringing Wimax internet into the area in early 2012, however if its anything like the connection now, its still going to be a piece of crap. If you can get a different internet provider, get it, STAY AWAY FROM TALK WIRELESS INTERNET, STAY FAR AWAY!

You will think that a small local business would be commited to ensuring their customer satisfaction as to continue to grow and remain competitive. Well, not TALK WIRELESS. If a life event happens where you will no longer be in their limited area of service, you will be getting ripped off as their retrogressive policies are totally outdated. If a good business is supossed to build up their reputation through their coostumer service, be wary of TALK WIRELESS as they could care less about their customers, they just want your money. The accounting department specifically told me after I called to enquire about my options, that I could transfer my contract to somebody else so I shouldn't have to pay the $420 buy out termination fee. Well, turns out she made a mistake and they can't do that. "Oh, too bad fo you I gave you misleading information, you have no choice but to pay $420 to terminate your contract. And too bad our area of service is too limited, because we can't service the place where you are moving; sucks to be you" she basically said. That is just bad bussiness ethics. If somebody says something, they should stick to their words. This basic principle is called INTEGRITY. Everybody wants our money, but I am not giving it away without making them work for it.
