This is my first big complaint. I would think that it makes sense to check all four wheels before sending me on my way. During this second visit I also asked that they see if they can read the codes for the check engine light. They do so, then tell me that they don't have the tools to find out what is wrong with my car, and was charged around $80 for this service anyways. I finally take my car to the Volvo dealer to find out that my vehicle needs 3-5 grand in repair to run safely, which Brocks should have been able to tell me if only they had the tools to find out that the radiator hose and steering rack had visible issues. The name of the business has "car repair", which they were unable to do.

Had a Metalcloak long arm upgrade installed as a treat before two upcoming knee replacements due to an infected knee replacement preventing me from doing my own work. This was before two long hospital & rehab facility stays, and then months of home therapy to learn how to walk again. I was hoping to be able to enjoy a little exploring before surgeries and a long rehab processes. When l picked up jeep it was all over the road. Found out installer didn't lock the front Lock n Load feature. When l went to pick up my old control arm they replied they didn't think l wanted them back. When l asked about the Lock n Load feature left unlocked the reply was "l can't ever remember which way they go". Nice, took me less than two minutes to find it on smartphone. Guess when you don't care you just make excuses. After months of physical therapy l was finally able to get under my Jeep only to find out they kept most of my hardware supplied by Metalcloak in their kit. I also found out why my Jeep was wondering all over the road. Using an inclonometer my caster was changed 4 degrees to the negative. When l called four times l was told someone would call back, never bothered to return my calls. When l drove there after an appointment at my surgeon appointment down the street the counter guy straight up lied and told me he called Metalcloak and they told him my kit didn't come with ANY hardware. While waiting for installation guy to show him a washer sitting in my frame at front of lower control arm they had a discussion and told me they would correct camber issue if l brought it in to install my new driveshaft. According to Metalcloak and by me making sure the new hardware was in the boxes sent by Metalcloak l can assure you they just kept them as they tried to keep my takeoff parts. If anyone can recommend an honest shop l would appreciate it as I'm still recovering from both recent surgeries with a long recovery time according to my surgeon. Look below, WOW it's part of the hardware that magically showed up after being told it didn't come with any. Guess if you reply to cover your unprofessional quality work and lying about keeping my hardware it will assuredly be with more lies. Read your reply, offer was never made. Only thing l was told after your 'confrence' was you would correct camber if l brought it in to install driveshaft, no mention of hardware or no charge. When I brought it in I just dropped off the keys... came back later and the car was like new. They washed it for me too. Absolutely no hassle for me. Everyone was extremely polite and easy to work with. They asked for my deductible to be paid in cash or by cashiers check, which is something I can relate to as a small business owner. They were recommended by State Farm and have a good relationship with them. They are able to handle all the paperwork so all I had to do was give them my insurance card, answer a few questions and we were done. Great. But after another three hours with no updates, I finally asked what was going on; only then did they tell me they didn't even have the correct brake pads and had been waiting on replacements. Had I known that up front, I never would've wasted my entire afternoon sitting there. I was finally out the door five minutes before closing, and they charged me nearly $300 for the privilege of waiting around all day with zero communication. On top of that, I have a blood clotting disorder and currently have two clots in my legs. Sitting for four hours straight without warning put my health at serious risk. If they had simply informed me they were waiting on a part, I could've come back later or made a safer decision for myself. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing, and I will not be returning.
