The RWU is a joke. My daughter lives in a duplex that got a LEAK. (NOT her fault). The landlord didnt get it fixed for 3 months, when it started getting really high. He said the RWU would credit back the amounts above what normal usage was after showing the leak was repaired. We went in and s/w Marsha who said it will be a few months before they can do that, they had to see the bill get back to a normal usage amount first. We waited two months , paid $120 each of those months (although her normal amt was $60-$70) and then were handed a $340 bill for the balance. Stating they could only credit back the SEWER portion that was over NOT the water. SO for a two month period she ended up paying $580.00 for WATER and sewer bill. This is SO wrong. And there is NOONE that cares or will fix these issues. read more

So I have proof that my bill was paid in full and the management still cut of my water, so I call so we could figure out the issue and the lady that answered my phone call said it was not there problem and had to wait days until the payment went through so the can reconnect my service I believe it was a Very bad way to handle this situation by the management. read more

If I could give a no star review I would. My wife and I had a water line burst and on top of having to pay $500 to get the water line fixed, we get our water bill and it is also $500 auto drafted out of our account and when I call them for the adjustment they can only help with $106 and it goes onto credit. When I bring up the fact that our water bill is normally only $65 a month all they can say is "we are sorry but someone has to pay for the water". So essentially we are paying for water that nobody ever used and we are out $900 because of it. It is a terrible rip off paying for water that you don't even use. This needs to be fixed because auto drafting $500 for a bill that is normally $65 and not saying a word and not being able to give any of that money back is a big problem. I understand your offices could be closed due to COVID or the Fourth of July holiday, but I called today 4 times in a row and each time the call dropped with no access to a voicemail service and I am not sure how else to get ahold of customer service. I needed to get ahold of someone immediately as I have a payment coming for an account that I need to modify. Your office should have an email service or a voicemail box so that customers can communicate immediate issues to you so that they are not held accountable even if the office is closed. read more

I was setting up new service and was told I needed to be at my house when the water person arrived. The receptionist could not give me a time but said I would receive a call the next day when the person was on the way. This is pretty inconvenient when you have to work, & it's 30 miles away. Even the cable people tell you it will be 8am-12:00 or in the afternoon. I received a call from "Jason" the same night who said he could meet me after work so we set an exact time. Then he called me and said "no need to rush" because he was familiar with the houses in my subdivision as he just turned the water off a few days ago so he knew there was not a risk of flooding. So he went by and turned it on and called me. He kept me informed and was very courteous and friendly. I very much appreciate this! read more

Terrible customer service. They won't adjust the bill for extra 10,000 gallon of waters that was wasted due to toilet issues.

I had a hip replacement and was not allowed to drive so I went on line to pay my bill. I will never use your online doxo. Cost me a penalty and threat fo water being shut down. It has a two week delay that it doesn't tell you about until you have already made the payment threw them. Very bad service for the customer. Very bad. Ed read more

well I live in Bentonville now and will be moving to rogers and my first phone call to this company was just as bad as when I made the call to rogers Carol Electric. I simply wanted to get information and the women on the other end was rude and nothing but a Bitch to me when asking what I needed to do to set up with them she made me feel like I was not important and after she treated me disrespectfully I asked for her name twice and she refused, so this is how this is going to be???? If this employee does not want to work then find a different job. After reading some reviews I am asking myself should I even bother moving to this area???? Maybe I should stay in Bentonville, at least they care about me as a valued customer and dont treat me with disrespect. read more
