Gerald (Gerry), the owner, was able to fit me in even though it was a busy day. He was super easygoing and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable, especially being there for the first time. I showed him a few reference photos on my phone and he really took the time to understand what I wanted. During the cut, Gerry checked in often, explained what he was doing, and made sure I liked how everything was coming along. What stood out to me was how open he was to feedback.
