Ron Kleinschmidt sent a guy who replaced the batteries. I then was mailed a bill for $335. I called Ron to complain and he joked about how he really made money on that one. He implied that it would be adjusted. The next day the box showed that my battery was low. I called Ron and he sent the guy back with new batteries. I asked again about the bill and he said that he hadn't had time to get to it. I called him a couple of more times and texted. I received no response. I received a call from Mike Frat who said that he might fire Ron for not returning my calls. Iasked if Ron was not the owner as I had always been told. Mike said that he bought the company from Ron 20 years ago. I told Mike that I was willing to pay half the battery bill and that was agreed upon. I found Ron's name all over the internet as the current owner. I called Mike a couple of days later and asked that he release my radio. He agreed. My new alarm person came, but that one. This company has zero customer service skills and as an independent contractor should know the…read morerules of the community they serve I live in Fireside and Oversii is supposed to provide security and monitor guest parking. The HOA rules clearly state residents are allowed to have guest stay 48 CONSECUTIVE hours without applying for a "variance" I applied for a variance for my guest 2 occasions when my guest was to be there for LESS then 48 hours (of which I did not have to apply since my guest was there for less then 48 hours). On BOTH occasions Oversii gave my guest a FINAL NOTICE and car was going to be towed !! They were completely in the wrong yet an abandoned car was there for 2 months with a flat tire and oil leak and they never gave that car a ticket. Oversii is only contracted for two random nights a week so it's IMPOSSIBLE for them to do their job yet they wrote out final warning tickets for cars and guest that obey their rules. The owner of Oversii had no compassion for this situation doesn't apologize when he is wrong and doesn't take time to listen to the residents and his customers. Terrible organization with horrible management and leadership
