As a referral, WiredUp came highly recommended and it's easy to see why. Frank initially came by and gave us what he thought would be the best option given our house layout. I did my research and was on board with his suggestion of a wireless Sonos system, especially after Zak dropped by and let us demo one of the speakers. Zak was awesome and way more personable than you would expect of someone who might want to just get the job done and leave. He was on point every step of the way, chatting and joking with us, while he mounted our TV + PlayBar (that were meticulously centered with our room dimensions) and made sure he showed us everything we needed to know in order to run the Sonos App on our phones. Frank also texted me a week later just to make sure we were still happy with their work. Everything runs as advertised and looks even better. I would definitely recommend WiredUp to anyone who wants solid products coupled with better service. These guys are great!

My son set off the alarm twice by accident... police were at my door in mins. & verified my identity. The second time my relatives set off my alarm accidentally... I got a call from brinks and identified myself via code words etc. This company is no joke folks. Brilliant service. Affordable... Spot on customer service. Don't call Brinks just call this company... Brinks will charge you to come to your home... This company can assist you from the phone or on site and there's no charge. 10 Stars! I told her I never called in to cancel and I needed it done. She said she would call me back. She calls back and said no one could come out. I once again said I never called to cancel and it was their mistake not mine and I needed someone out today. She said no. I asked to speak to her manager, she refused to let me. She seemed very confused and ended up hanging up on me because I asked her not to call me sweetheart. After hanging up she called back 10 min later and gave me a new name of Brandy and when I questioned if she was Sarah or brandy she said she had two names. Never acknowledged that she hung up and just noted she sent a note to IT and kept calling me honey and sweetheart. Just really bizarre behavior. The cameras - At first they were great, but then started to lag greatly. (We did upgrade the WiFi and all that) the doorbell was hit or miss sometimes it would record and other times it wouldn't and then eventually stoped working. When we would call to have someone come out they said someone would get back to us but they never would. The monthly price is low at 29.99 which is a big sell but you get what you pay for. We have our security system with Vivant and decided to switch our cameras with them and it ended up being the same monthly price but a company that has great customer service and responsive.

He got here and started the work and said he needed to go to the store to get a new circuit breaker. Right there I thought that was weird. If you are an electrician, I would think you would have electrical stuff with you when you go do your service. But, he came back with nothing and finished the job. Then he said that for the extra time he spent going to the store he had to charge us an extra $100 above the quote. That is wrong. He did nothing extra and waisted his own time. I will never use them again.
