Ordering is kinda like a Subway, you commit to a size and type at the beginning and then follow your order down the assembly line customizing it as you go. The place is spotlessly clean, nice job! There is some outdoor seating, but it can be a bit noisy given their proximity to the highway. I had the Thai crunch wrap, which is a little more expensive than a regular sized salad but they stuff a lot good things into it and its easier to eat (IMHO). I *really* liked the flavor of my wrap. It's nice to find a healthy and reasonably price lunch locally. You can order any bowl as a wrap instead. I enjoyed the beet bowl. A solid combination of flavors and the suggested balsamic dressing on the side was an excellent choice. The regular sized bowl was very filling and reasonably priced at $14. *I find it odd that my salad was served in a dented aluminum dog dish. I get the eco-friendly vibe and am a big fan of reducing waste. Maybe use different bowls. read more

Looking for a light lunch passing through Grants Pass and we found Rogue Salad and decided to give it a shot. Imagine Subway for salads. You pick your salad, they ask you questions about toppings and then put it all together right in front of you. You get the option to eat it as a salad or get it wrapped in a nice, fluffy tortilla. I'll admit I was a little nervous because I've tried other places and have been disappointed. However, RSC did NOT disappoint! The ingredients were fresh, my shrimp was perfectly prepared and the sauces are fantastic. My dietary restrictions only allow me to eat their shrimp, but the Thai Shrimp salad in a wrap is SOOOOOOO GOOOOD!!! My wife has tried a few of their salads and has enjoyed every one of them. Her only critique is that she thought they over dressed the salad, even though she asked for light dressing. She Just gets the salad dressing on the side now. We've been here a few times now and it has become a staple when we pass through S. Oregon. Between the clean, bright store, the friendly staff and the great food its a must visit spot. read more

Favorite health spot in town | Delicious I'm always on the lookout for health food places on roadtrips, and this place is an absolute gem! They have a high rating for a reason. Quick and efficient, fresh ingredients, delicious, and perfect for those - like me - with food sensitivities/allergies. My husband got a green smoothie, and my daughter got a strawberry smoothie. I had a Thai Crunch bowl for lunch and saved my Take a Hike bowl for dinner. PLEASE expand to another location up north near Portland! Thai Crunch: mild spice and absolutely love the dressing it came with it. I added chicken to mine. This is my favorite bowl so far. Take a Hike bowl: I took out the cranberries and almonds because I'm allergic to those ingredients, but it still tasted delicious! We now have a salad place in Grants Pass and it's lovely! They also have loaded baked potatoes and soups. The salads come in a variety of fun combinations or you can create your own. It's the kind of place where they add in the ingredients and toss it as you watch. They come in nice big bowls which I love because I need a big salad to feel full! I tried the Off the Beet'n Path which had romaine blend and spring mix, roasted beets, double apple, double roasted chicken, red onion, parmesan cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. Once I gave a star rating.... The bot asked ..... "Amazing! What went well??" We have seen this eatery for a few months now. I had researched reviews, and discovered this is their second location, first being in Medford. So... after reviewing the online menu offerings we stopped over. Remember ... Salads .... and I like salads. Their location is at the old Bank of America building between 6th and 7th. On the 7th St side. There's plenty of comfortable seats inside, as well as outdoors, which is where we went to. Upon entering I scanned the menu wall, and though there are other offerings I stayed with salad, and ordered one with a Southwest kick. A Small one..... added avocados and an additional spicy sauce.... The server was chatty which was nice (unlike the new burrito chain who's under pressure to be done in 60seconds or less). She described most of the ingredients all the while making it in a large bowl.... The bowl was ...... Mine . . .Wooo Doggies. We sat down, I took a bite and ? Really? ........ How was a salad... A SALAD Sooo good! Wow I was impressed. So much so that next I knew my bowl was empty! That was a great start for dinner ! I / WE WILL BE RETURNING !!! We'd wanted to get into this place but it was always packed when they first opened, today we paid them a visit after the gym, and were NOT disappointed. I think the opening date was Oct 1, 2025, but I may be mistaken I had the Thai Crunch salad, and my wife had the Climbers Cobb salad. All ingredients were FRESH, and the lettuce and other produce had that clean, healthy taste without the perception of any chemical preservatives, etc. The proteins were excellent! The portions were very fairly priced, and you get a lot. We lacked for nothing. Nothing was skimped on. The counter staff/servers were excellent. Everything was clean and neat as a pin....front counter/work area, tables & chairs, floors, and the counter where you get your beverages, flatware and condiments; we heard a few great reports from a few friends about this new eatery, and they were certainly warranted, and not exaggerated in the least. This is such a nice change from the overpopulation of Mexican restraints that must be 30 or more in this small city. We love Mexican food, but, but Grants Pass needs some serious choices besides that particular genre. We cannot wait to go back and visit again for more healthy and DELICIOUS salads! read more

I went with some of my friends and staff! I got the regular build your own! The base was romaine; but you can choose any two items as your base! I believe the selection was romaine, spring mix, quinoa and brown rice. I got straight romaine as my base! I also added shrimp, which was an additional four dollars; but well worth the small price! I also added corn and olives!!! You can choose from a variety of dressings. I went with the jalapeño ranch. I went a little heavy on the dressing, so next time, I'll definitely ask for a smaller amount. Everything tasted amazing. The salad you see in the picture is the "regular" size. I go to Rogue Salad in Medford for lunch twice a week, and other times as needed in Grants Pass. Started going about a year ago and always get Thai Crunch, extra shrimp, added avocado. The salad is always perfectly made, no matter whether it's at the Grants Pass or Medford store. "Extra shrimp" means you get 16 pieces of shrimp, "added avocado" is half an avocado, and with a large, that's one piece of shrimp with every bite of salad. It's a salad that will fill you up all day. Their other salads are also phenomenal-looking, and I can't say anything about them, because I started out with the Thai Crunch and never looked back. Their restaurants are always packed. The food is always fresh. The surroundings are always clean. The servers are always upbeat, kind and thoughtful. I'll keep going back probably forever. First of all it's SO CLEAN! The service line was fast, efficient and the people were nice. I had their Crunchy Thai salad with an extra helping of shrimp and mandarins. One of the BEST salads I've ever had!! There is a temptation to make your own salad, but try one of the bowls the experts have on offer. Their combinations of flavours are really well balanced. That crunchy Thai had lots of different types of leaf salad and mandarins, shrimp, green onions, red leaf, peanuts in a peanut dressing that left the slightest after burner spicy taste in my mouth that was mmm mmm good!! Just right! I can't handle food that's too spiced but this was just so perfect!! It was an OMG salad eating experience!! I highly advise going there. They also offer wraps, a variety of fully loaded baked potatoes and chili. Oh and don't worry, unlike Sizzler where they spray the salad bar with preservatives that I can definitively taste, this produce is very fresh and CLEAN. Just love this place!! AND it so conveniently located, easy parking in a large parking lot. Lovely clean place, excellent air conditioning so high marks from me for the heat of the summer!! Get healthy! First timer at Rogue Salad today and I will absolutely return sooner than later! Nope, it's not a salad bar, but instead, customers order a specific salad from the board with each one made to order. There's also a salad of the month, with a different salad offered every month. The employees who put together the salad are in a cafeteria like line, with your bowl of salad making its way down the line. I chose one with beets, roasted chicken, red onions, avocado, spring mix, apples and other yummy items. You can then pick your salad dressing; I had avocado goddess, which was wonderful. Also, you can order a large or medium salad. All are served in stainless steel bowls which is likely done because it keeps the salad cold. There is also a nice selection of beverages including several diferent lemonades. Parking is easy peasy, too. The ONLY reason I didn't give this five stars is that the ambiance is pretty blah and sterile. Think of eating in an employee cafeteria (although, a nice one) and you'll get my drift. Not all that important to me -- I WILL be back! -- but just wanted to put it out there so potential customers know. Recommended! :) read more

NOT SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES!!!!!! My friend and I just stopped by to grab lunch for herself, her boyfriend and I. I ordered the NW quinoa bowl and specifically asked for no almonds, the woman taking our order repeated it back to me, "no almonds, okay". So I'm not super thrilled that when we got back to my friends house that we had to sit there and pick out every single little sliver of almond. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO SPECIFY THAT I DONT WANT ALMONDS BECAUSE IM ALLERGIC!!!!!!! Highly disappointed and upset that as someone with a class 4 allergy to almonds to see almonds in my bowl that was specifically not supposed to have almonds. read more

We finally got there last night. The selection of salads was excellent and it was hard to select a salad. The portion was excellent and less than most meals in town. We both had regular size and it was plenty to eat. The meat portion was large. I think we will split a large the next time we go. read more
