During a recent West Coast visit my family introduced us to this magic. The Grants Pass location is drive-up/walk-up, however there are standalone restrooms and picnic tables for lingering and savoring. I tried the Rio (base: acai, bananas, mangos, pineapple; toppings: bananas, strawberries, blueberries, granola, and coconut). I subbed peaches for kiwi because allergic, and left off the honey and it was glorious. Other items tried by our group included the Autumn Leaves special (base: acerola, pineapple juice, coconut milk, pineapple, peaches; toppings: granola, bananas, kiwi, raspberries, coconut) and the Yumberry Refresher drink. My wife and I have been coming here over the past year and it has always been so good. The Australian outback bowl used to be amazing, but now it doesn't have the same texture or flavor at all. The perfect acai bowl for my road trip down to Cali. We ordered the Georgia Peach and the Swiss Alps with chia pudding. The portions are GREAT. A balanced ratio between the fruit and acai base. The fruit was very fresh and sweet. The acai base was blended smooth and there weren't any seeds at all. The customer service is great from this cute little drive-thru kiosk. Definitely worth the short wait. One of the staff were wearing their face mask on their chin during the COVID-19 pandemic. Yum! Our favorites are the Georgia peach and Hawaiian sunshine bowls. The consistency of the smoothie is thick and smooth. No chunks! They should update the menu pictures because they don't look appetizing but they really are good. They look much better in reality. But btw their iPad needs to be cleaned it's kinda dirty so make sure you sanitize your hands after you touch it. In my experience the customer service was good and it didn't take long. I consistently wait half an hour in line at their drive through waiting for my turn to order and then I have to wait for them to make mine. I love going and getting bowls. Recently I've been going through and the girls working are so rude, it's makes it really difficult to want to keep going there. They treat you as if it's an inconvenience to help you and they do not listen. I'm allergic to honey so I always specify NO honey. The last time I went through ordered a bowl and with no honey and as I was watching them put honey in I said it again and instead of making a new bowl after putting honey in it they just dumped it to a different bowl. I came here to try a smoothie and I was shocked to see that they don't have açaí smoothies. Why wouldn't they?! They were out of bananas, literally everything they serve has banana as an ingredient. It's hard to come up with a sub for bananas. I got the green smoothie and honestly it was terrible it tasted so bland. I absolutely love Yumberry! Now....why only 3 stars? Well, they are new so there is room to perfect. First, service is a little slow. I think there are two reasons: first, too many ingredients (though delicious!) as employees are still learning the recipes. And other is that the blender machine/s are in the back. So too much travel time. Second, variety. I've had two bowls and have seen a few others go out and they all look pretty much the same. Need so other flavor profiles. Lol that sounded snobby! Drove by this place and finally decided to try it. I'm glad I did! It was fresh and delicious. We each got Yumberry bowls and just selected one from the menu. My husband loves chocolate and peanut butter so the outback was the perfect bowl for him. He loved the fresh bananas and cocoa nibs. I had the Hawaiian with fresh peaches, strawberries and raspberries. It's nice to have a local place with healthier fresher options. The customer service was awesome been there a few times now and workers are always friendly and food is consistently fabulous. They have extended hours till 7pm for summer but I do wish they were open earlier in the Morning I would totally get a yummy Yumberry Bowl on my way to work mid week if they were open at 7am it would be the perfect way to start my day! read more
