I ordered delivery from UberEats. I was in town for work, craving pad Thai and found this place as one of the few decent looking options in the area. I was confused with the description of their pad Thai, as it mentioned Broccoli and egg but not sprouts. I don't recall having Broccoli or egg in pad Thai and didn't see any after my food arrived, adding to my confusion. I also had to pay $2 to add bean sprouts which I found to be really weird, as I've always known those to be standard. I got the medium spice level and found it to be about right for my taste. Spicy, but not so spicy that it was hard to eat. It tasted like average or slightly above average. The delivery order had the extra limes and chopsticks I asked for but did not have napkins which was disappointing. read more

Always Delicious Thai food and Great service @ Lemon Grass in Medford, OR. !! I popped in for lunch today and knew I'd be leaving happy and full! They have been consistently delicious for the many years I've been a customer here. We love trying their specials as well. Friendly service by a gentleman who also manages their busy to-go orders. Another courteous staff member also refilled drinks and checked on customers, I assured her I was very pleased indeed! Restaurant itself is on the smaller side, but clean, colorful, and inviting. Seafood basil fried rice was amazing. Went with the spicy (spice level). It was better than the one I had in SF. Was pleasantly surprised to see such delicious BFR in Medford. I came to Medford for work and found this place near by and all I have to say is WOW! Absolutely delicious, I'm pleasantly surprised. Crazy to think that this might be just as good if not better than the Bay Area?? I got their special spicy battered asparagus with chicken, chicken chowmein, and the pineapple fried rice with beef and they were all very good. It wasn't greasy like some places and everything tasted fresh, like farm to table fresh. My only regret is I ate it too fast to take good pictures lol We will definitely be coming back! read more

This place has delicious, authentic Thai food and they make everything from scratch. The prices are very reasonable and they have a $13 lunch menu. The service from the staff was very kind, considerate and efficient. 10/10 do recommend! While this was my first experience with Thai food so I don't have much to go off with but I have explored many ethnic cuisine. The food was so fresh! And the flavor...WOW. The perfect amount of flavor. We ordered 28. Pad See Ew with beef (front plate). Noodles had an amazing mouth feel, with the perfect about of chew. Not salty at all just a perfect umami flavor. The broccoli was also cooked to perfection. 30. Chow Mein (back plate) again noodles were cooked to perfection as were the veggies. (I prefer the pad see ew's flavor more but the husband enjoyed his chow mein). And we definitely recommend the sesame balls that were fried to a perfect golden-brown with a light crispy exterior, filled with the soft chewy texture you expect from mochi. The red bean paste is an amazing "not too sweet" treat. The restaurant offered a nice relaxing atmosphere. Very clean, from the dining area to the restaurant, all is kept clean. The service was friendly as well, even though we were the only guests at that time, the server wasn't overly attentive, but he maybe sure our food was to our liking and our drinks were full. read more

Subpar food and bad service. They seemed irritated that my party was there. Not sure if it's because we had a small child with us but they weren't welcoming or nice. Best Thai Tea ever :) I love its super sweet and not watered down like I tend to be getting the past few years at lots of places. My noodles for the Pad-Se-Ew were a little clumped together as opposed to being apart so it made it "gummy?" when chewing which I wasn't used to but it's not a bad thing the food tasted great. read more

Best curry I've had! Originally I'm from California and in my town we have a Thai restaurant that sets the bar high for curry tasting so good. This location is a hole in the wall so I was skeptical at first. Regardless of the outside, they still accommodated us at 8:30 when closing is at 9. I was really excited about this place initially because it seemed to have good reviews but this is the worst Thai food I've ever had. I walked in and was not greeted so I seated myself. The lady eventually showed up 5 minutes later and seemed bothered that I did so. I ordered a lunch special as well as the fresh rolls. I figured it was a lot of food, BUT I'm glad I ordered it because the lunch special was not edible. Lunch special comes with soup, white rice, the dish your chose and one egg roll. Soup came out first and had hard carrots and hard celery in it. It clearly was not cooked completely but it's the only thing I finished since I was cold from the weather. I got my lunch special next. It was a noodle and egg dish with tofu. This dish was SO SALTY my mouth instantly burned. I picked the tofu out because it was apparent that they were added after and I ate those first. The noodles were not edible. I ate the white rice, because who could get that wrong? The egg roll had no flavor whatsoever. I then received my fresh rolls (pictured). They were tofu, but as you can see the tofu was cut so thin you can't really see it at all. There were so many carrots and bean sprouts and a lot of the bean sprouts seemed like they should have been in the trash because I pulled a lot out and realized more than half were that brownish color when they're old. Also, the peanut dipping sauce was the worst peanut sauce I've ever had.. and I love Thai food! It was like they added a sweet and sour sauce to it and it was almost chunky and curdled. I did NOT get sick, but it's probably because I finished none of my food. She repeatedly asked me if I wanted a box but of course I didn't want to take it with me. This was a waste of $25. 1)Placed an order over the phone. She was sort of rushing me. Had to repeat a couple of times because she kept cutting me off. I was getting ready to ask how long until I can pick up.....she hung up on me. Had to call back! Was it going to be ready in 10mins? 20? 30? Important info to know when someone is timing lunch. 2) I had ordered Pahd See Ew with tofu. It had chicken. That's fine. I'll eat chicken every now and then. But to make it worse, it was dry and flavorless. So my plate was a big let down. But, it gets worse. My coworker's dish, cashew chicken, had an unwelcomed surprise. It had a long, shiny gray piece of metal like object in it. About 2". Her and I came to the conclusion that it was a piece of a scouring brush? Maybe they use that to clean their grill? We compared it to the scouring brush she had in the kitchen. Yup....that's it 3) We called and let the lady on the phone what happened. She didn't seem to care about the scouring brush material we found. Didn't seem concerned at all. She just repeated a few times that sometimes they mix up the meat order and it happens..........oooook? Can we focus on the metal like material? (Were we gonna choke and die on it? No. Mostly likely not. Is it something we want our body to try to digest....mmmm....no thank you) She told us to come back with the food and she will exchange it. WE ARE ON A LUNCH BREAK. This place is just ok. I went here to have lunch with my husband. I had the lunch special $11.99 (Pad Woon Sen) which was just ok (too much onion and the taste was very bland), it comes with Soup (tasteless and hardly anything in it other than egg) and potsticker and my husband had the Pad Thai $13.99 (not included in lunch menu). We also ordered egg rolls for appetizer (overpriced $10.99 for 4 egg rolls with barely anything inside). I wouldn't recommend the appetizers (All are very overpriced). I have never been here physically but get it delivered all the time. It is my favorite Thai restaurant in the area so far and I think I've tried all but 2 or 3. I usually get the Pad Thai and my boyfriend gets either the chicken noodles, pineapple fried rice, or the spicy fried rice with basil, which is basically Pad Kee Mao with rice instead of noodles. I haven't seen that before but loved that idea! I've also tried the Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mao but did not like those so much because the wide flat rice noodles were kind of globbed together, so only some noodles got the pan fried flavor. They do a much better job with the thin rice noodles in my opinion. One thing to note is that they are VERY SPICY! I'm usually a medium person but started off ordering mild here and was very surprised by the heat level. It was like a medium to hot level at most Thai restaurants in the US. But I later tried the medium and it was not much spicier than the mild. The no spice option was truly no spice at all though, so you can get that if you are a spice wimp. read more
