JTM came out to do the remediation and I am still so impressed with this company! They sat down with me to explain in detail what had to happen, how long it would likely take, explained best and worst case outcomes, reviewed costs with me and helped me understand the insurance processing. They even handled the insurance claim for me. Throughout the process, Jordan and Tamara, the owners, were timely and considerate, always understanding of my weird work schedule at the hospital (thank you soooo much for that!), tidy and neat with the materials that they had to remove from the property, and respectful and kind. Their employees were also considerate and thoughtful, and as difficult as it was to have a houseful of strangers in and out of my house for a week, I couldn't have asked for kinder, more respectful people to come in and do such a thorough job.
