Rokstar is around the elevators in Food Bazaar Market. Everything was made fresh over at Rokstar. There can be a short wait and they'll send a text message if deciding not to linger. I love the crunch to the cheese balls and the chicken. I recommend to consume the cheese balls while its piping hot to get that oooey gooey cheese. There's nothing like pulling the ball apart and it's all melted inside. I would usually not consume slaw however I really wanted to try the chicken sandwich made as is because that's one of their specialties and wow!! They did not disappoint! The sweet potato fries were coated in a sweet sauce that took me by surprise. All well and tasty though not a favorite as a sensory item. Overall the combo meal was not worth the price of $16 to me. This Rokstar is located right inside Food Bazaar on the second floor of the building. It's nice that you can order your food, shop, and pick up your food once you're done. However, do not expect to find seating here during busy hours. There are only 2 tables with 3 chairs total. When I went there was a food bazaar employee taking her break at one of the tables, and another customer at the other one. They need to give their employees designated areas to take break because it was honestly ridiculous that the employee was using the table when we could have sat down to eat (she was there on her phone for more than 15 minutes) Anyways, we ordered two 5 wing combo meals, one with hot soy garlic and fries, one jalapeño mayo on the side and onion rings. Since no seating we had to take it back home. After sitting for 30 minutes, the chicken with sauce on side was still crispy, which was good. The hot soy garlic was also okay but soggy. The spicy soy garlic is extremely spicy, like super hot so beware. Regular soy garlic is in the top tier Korean fried chicken zone, I'd put it in a death match with Bonchon for sure. I was with my daughter we both got Chicken Tenders combo and I also added two cream cheese balls. I thought the cream cheese balls were delicious. The food is very tasty but my chicken was on the dry side. My daughter said she enjoyed hers. I enjoyed the chicken for three meals. They definitely give a good portion of chicken. It's a lot for me because I don't eat very much at once. I enjoyed the sweet potato fries the most! I would have liked a bigger portion of fries and skip the cole slaw. I gave the slaw to my daughter. If you enjoy fried chicken cooked to order with sauces this is a great place to visit. The meal is plenty of food for a reasonable price. If you're in the area, then Rokstar Chicken on the 2FL of the Food Bazaar is a good choice! The hot soy garlic sauce was tangy and tasty, and not too spicy. And the prices are very affordable. I got the thigh combo and couldn't even finish all of the portions in one sitting. Would recommend take out at this location since the place is kinda a stand in the middle of the grocery store with only two small tables with chairs. Definitely will be coming back! read more

At Rokstar Chicken you are greeted at the door by a nice young lady, who is giving out a sample of their chicken and most famous sauce. She explains what is and which one it is on the menu. We order the boneless chicken with cajun garlic fries. The chicken was good. Some of the pieces were crispy outside and juicy inside. However some pieces were very fatty and hard to chew. The fries were great, I wish they gave more. It seem for 5 boneless chicken it shouldve been more fries. The shop is located in the food Bazar food haul, the ambiance was nice. I got the combo set with boneless soy garlic chicken, honey butter fries and a soda for $13. Price-wise this was worth for the quantity and definitely filling. The chicken meat inside was very soft and moist but the skin wasn't as crispy as I would like. The soy garlic was also very strong. Its more soy than most soy garlic korean fried chicken places I have tried. I think I could've done with slightly less sauce but they do give you the option to get the sauce on the side if you're worried about the saltiness. I liked the fries and they had a lot of different fries options which is rare. It definitely has the faint honey butter aftertaste but not too strong like the chips which can become too much as you eat more. The meal also comes with coleslaw. I've seen so many videos on social media about this place that I had to try it. The fact that it is located a few blocks from my house also encouraged me to try it. Rokstar Chicken Harlem is located on the second floor of the building. The space is also shared by the Food Bizarre but you can't miss Rokstar. You have to place your order on the screen that is located at the counter. I order a medium order of chicken wings, which brings 10 wings, with Korean Sweet Chili. My order took about 15 minutes. If the wait is something you would like to avoid, you can order on their website ahead of time. They have three tables along the wall for you to eat your meal, which I should have done because I felt my wings weren't as hot as they should be (I walked home which took about 8 minutes). I definitely recommend these wings with the same sauce I ordered. The wings are juicy with a crisp texture and the sauce has a kick to it but it's not overwhelmingly spicy.
