Dr Brinda is so kind, knowledgeable and patient. My daughters love her. Great family ran practice where they value their patients.

Starts out as a very nice office seems super Nice and accommodating. However, once we get to billing things, take a completely different turn. Every single visit I paid hundreds of dollars upfront no problem because it is an estimate of what the patient responsibility is. As soon as I started getting in the EOB's from my insurance company, I could see that I was overpaying by a lot at every visit. Once this was brought up to them they told me that they had a contract dispute with CIGNA.. I tried to have several conversations with them, letting them know that their contract dispute with CIGNA should not be passed along to their patients, and I was thrown out of the office, literally in the middle of my pediatric son having treatment. I have spoken to CIGNA about this supposed disputed contract and CIGNA tells me that they are paying exactly the rates they are required to. So be very careful when you're paying upfront hundreds of dollars and make sure to check with your insurance company and make sure you're closely monitoring those EOB's when they come in. Super nice dentist turned into a complete jerk when she threw me out of the office and my pediatric son. Again, keep in mind that I have no problem paying for my fair share and every time I went into the office I paid the hundreds of dollars upfront with absolutely no questions asked! As she was berating me in the office she also stated that we were customers so that tells you everything you need to know customers equal $$ patients are only patients when they agree to blindly pay whatever they say you should. Balance billing for a dispute you have with your contacted insurance is not a patient problem. read more

So after some searching I found this office, at first look it's nothing fancy, but everyone was welcome and more than accommodating. The receptionist knew everyone's names, the office was running on schedule, and COVID precautions were abundant. My hygienist, Jordan, gave me the best cleaning of my entire life. She was aware of my medical issues and went above and beyond ensuring that I was comfortable. I cannot recommend this practice enough. It had been awhile since I went for a routine cleaning and exams and they never shamed me. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. They greet you when you come in, and even though they were wearing masks, I could tell they were smiling. Dr. Brindha Natarajan was by far the best dentist I have ever been to. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains what she is doing, even showing pictures. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and she constantly checked with me to make sure I was comfortable. I've been with Towne Square Dental since before it was Towne Square Dental, when Dr White practiced out of the lower level of his home. That's a hair short of four decades ago. He was a gem as was Dr Greene, who inherited the business. These two gentlemen were outstanding dentists and people persons and maintained an excellent corp of dental assistants and office staff. The office went though quite a bit of turmoil after Dr Greene retired. Although his successor, Dr Simon was an excellent dentist, her people skills, management style and some office personnel fell short, resulting in a loss of much of the patient base. Family issues recalled Dr Simon home before the year was out. Dr Brinda Natarajan stepped into the practice. Dr Brinda, as she likes to be called, is a worthy successor to Drs White and Greene. Her skills are broad in range and masterful. She has repaired fillings, installed crowns and performed deep cleaning on me. Her skills also extend to endodontia. Her personality is warm and caring, she sets one at ease immediately. She spends time with you talking about your dental care and treatment. I'm a couple of decades her senior and she seems like a combination mother/dentist to me. She really is caring about her patients. She has assembled excellent skilled dental staff that favorably compares to the best of the dental staff of bygone years. The office staff is efficient and friendly, and they are on-the-ball with your insurance issues. Towne Square Dental is back at the top or its game. One couldn't do better for dental care. I've been visiting Towne Square Chiropractic for over 2 years now. He is the best. I severely injured my back about 5 years ago and now it's just about pain free all the time which before was usually a very painful everyday occurrence. The great thing about him is he not only fixes my back but he's unbelievable cheap to. Seriously you need to try him out. I recommend him to all my friends family and coworkers and just about all are regulars. Ill never try another chiropractor again. read more

I have been going to this office since I was a little kid. The service was always great but now I feel like it is really going down hill. I made an appointment, showed up on time, and had to wait 20 minutes before they took me back. I've had this happen the past few times I've made appointments here. The management and dental hygienists are constantly turning over here and I never get the same person I liked in the past at my next appointment. I'm thinking about switching offices. read more

I've been visiting Towne Square Chiropractic as needed for over a year now. They are wonderful! He always fits me in, even if I call last minute. I lived in constant back pain for 10+ years before seeing him. I can now walk pain free! He was also able to help my terrible wrists, and I don't drop things anymore. He doesn't push for me to come back all the time because I don't need it often. He's definitely watching out for me, not his pocket :) I recommend him to all my friends and co-workers because I know from personal experience how kind, genuine, and skilled he is. read more

Excellent Services! My family and I have been visiting this office for more than one year and we are very satisfied. We do our regular/periodic dental cleaning. They take very good care of us. I have been going to Town Square Dental for the last 2 years and I couldn't be any more happier with the superb dental care I have received. The staff is extremely happy, pleasant and kind. The hygienist is gentle, knowledgeable and sweet. I've been going here since it was owned by Dr. Greene. Dr. Simon was lovely as well. Dr Brindha is also nice. HOWEVER, the woman at the front desk (Francine) is something else. She threatened to call collections on me for a $600 charge. She stated that she had been through everything with my insurance company and they just wouldn't cover it. I then spoke with my insurance provider - SHE NEVER DID A THING. Instead of doing her job, she lied to me, it was far easier to have the customer shell out money than it was for her file claims with insurance companies and fight on the patients behalf. It's unfortunate that such a dishonest person is responsible for assisting patients with dental cost coverage. I advised the dental hygienist of the woman's dishonesty and, after 12 years at Townsquare, have found a new dentist with a staff that is happy to file claims and push to have services covered (in lieu of one that was just there for her paycheck). read more
