We requested that our records be sent from our dentists to thier office so that Dr Amer would have our dental histories. 8 phone calls since April 29, our previous dentist office sent the records via thier email portal 4 different times & they say they never got them. 6/5/26 I called to ensure the records were there prior to my 6/23/26 appt & the receptionist said she would call them to ensure that the records got received & assured me she had my husband's records there on file. When I showed up at 8a 6/23, they said they didn't have my records & would call them that morning to get them, I said I would reschedule. I came back to the office the next afternoon & asked at the desk for the office manager & the person I asked said she was the manager. I told her the ordeal that I have been going thru with trying to get my records to them despite the other dental office sending them multiple times. She said they could do the exam & xrays to determine what would be needed. I said that the dentist should have my history. She said she would call them & that the other office didn't send them otherwise they would be there & I told her my husband's dentist had the same problem but that I was told they got his records. She looked & said they didn't have his records either. I got even more upset & frustrated at that since the person IN HER OFFICE had told me his records were there. At that point- not saying she was sorry for all the problems with getting the records....not saying anything about the issue that her person didn't know what they were talking about regarding my husbands records, not acknowledging the hours spent trying to get this done.NO! Immediately , right after the procedure they told me they JUST realized they are out of network and I have to foot the $3000+ bill. Really? The clinic does not even have a weighing scale and the nurse kept on guessing my son's, their patient's weight. I was uncomfortable with this considering they were using the patient's weight to compute the dosage of the Propofol to be given to my son during the procedure. I would recommend researching and google every provider and clinic you are planning to go to. It will be crucial in your decision in choosing a provider/clinic. I learned my lesson the hard way. Take it from my experience. If I did my homework, I wouldn't have stepped into this clinic.

Sue is the first person I spoke with and also the first face I saw when entering Dr. H.'s office. She's always pleasant and keeps me informed about my upcoming appointments and costs. Mandy is very friendly, always smiling and laughing and makes me feel very comfortable whenever I'm in her chair! Dr. H is extremely friendly and genuine. It still won't be 5 stars due to the initial snafu, but the procedure itself and the care from Dr. Park makes this place worth going for the actual dental care part.
