Knowing I was anxious, he modified the standard report cards to include videos with voiceovers explaining her progress and the reasoning behind each exercise. This thoughtful gesture made me feel connected to the process and will help me reinforce her training at home. Before the program, Luna was reactive--not aggressive but overly excitable. After three weeks, she's still her fun, wacky self, but now she listens, follows commands, and stays calm around other dogs.
