The process was so successful for him, that when I experienced sudden severe knee pain in both knees and lower back pain due to a compression fracture late last year, rather than look into major knee replacement surgery, I met with Bryn and Team to determine if I was a good candidate for the PSP w/Stem Cells process ... I was!! My first session was early October, 2024. It was a delight and an education to meet Bryn Renda and her Team to learn what was going on with my knees and lower back. After X-Rays and determining the best process to use for my particular issues, Bryn expertly and professionally injected the mixture of "platelet rich plasma with stem cells" around my knees and to my lower back. And I've worked front office and back office with physicians, I know it can be done. Anyway, an acquaintance of mine posted about improvements to her health. I wanted a change so I pressed her for some details. She happily told me about the naturopaths at NSNM. In March 2012, I admittedly made my first appointment with a little hesitation. I didn't have much experience with alternative medicine except for home remedies that my grandmother did. I went into the clinic with an open mind. Julie checked me in with little fuss and I made a cup of tea while I waited. My wait was minimal. Jennifer came into the waiting room, introduced herself, and led me back to the exam room for my first visit. She listened. I mean, doctors are trained to listen but I got the sense that she was genuinely listening to everything that I said. The hour flew by easily. After several visits since then, I am a convert. I do not doubt the dedication that Jennifer has for her patients. She and Robin Sinclair (her clinic partner) genuinely care and listen to your concerns when discussing your healthcare needs. I've had both providers call me at home to check on me during my protracted bout with pertussis. Yeah... that was less than fun. A recent (and welcome) addition to their practice is a collaborative effort with Passionate Nutrition, a wonderful group of certified nutritionists. Their second-floor location is easy to find and accessible via a small lift. At the end of your visit, your treatment plan will be sent home with you in case you forget what was prescribed or suggested. I cannot recommend them enough. Honestly, Jennifer, Robin, and Julie rock! PS. Dr. Lush was named in Seattle Met's "Top Doctors" for 2012. I think that makes three years in a row for her!
