There had been a mixup with my order and I needed a refund. The customer service was horrible. The waitresses who took my order basically blamed the mixup on me instead of admitting to her mistake. The waitresses lacked professionalism and instead of trying to solve my problem they acted in a rude manner. It took about a week to get into contact with the owner. I inconveniently had to constantly call the restaurant and go in person in order to reach him.
