The blonde kid behind the counter was rude because I dared to ask how long a to-go order would be after being ignored for 10 minutes while standing at the pick-up counter. Instead of just answering the question, he told me in an angry tone, "There's only 2 of us here, and there's supposed to be 4" like I'm supposed to know that, when all I did was ask a simple question. I made a comment to the person I was on the phone with about how he was being ridiculous for getting mad at me for asking about the wait on a to-go order, and then he decided to pick a fight with me in front of customers. It's clear this kid doesn't understand how to communicate and answer simple questions, all I needed was "it'll be 5 minutes" and then there's no argument to be had. Whenever my hubby & I try a new place we play the "How many stars would you give it" game. He said one, I said two so two it is. I didn't feel like the person waiting on us did a great job of explaining how 'it all works.' If this is a franchise there should be some basic training on that. The food here is amazing. Place has two sides. One side has Asian fusion style and the other has burgers and Icecream alcoholic or non. I had the heaven bowl with lo mein base, crab, salmon, Carrots, edamame, mango and yum sauce. So amazing and tasty. My boyfriend got the cheeseburger and hand cut fries. The fries are so good. We liked the food and staff was friendly. I ordered the Shaggy Dog bowl with brown rice. Very filling and had leftovers. It had a great taste although there was a huge chunk of cream cheese just sitting there which seemed weird. She ordered the california roll burrito and really enjoyed it. She ended up cutting it and eating it like traditional sushi. She also ordered a side of sauce (forget the type but it was brown and a bit heavy but tasty) to drizzle on top We also ordered a side of dumplings and crab ragoon. The dumplings were so-so. The crab ragoon was pretty good but felt heavy. It could have been because I was already filled. Good experience and would go back. read more

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and ordered the Trio. It was amazing that I couldn't stop talking to my parents about it. I stopped in tonight and ordered the Trio again to go. While it was delicious, however I didn't realize until after I got home that the tempura shrimp was missing. I should've checked it first before I left, but note to others, make sure you double-check to make sure you got all of the proteins that's supposed to be on there if you order a speciality bowl, especially if you're paying big bucks for it. This was my first time trying the Maineville location and it did not disappoint! I was so disappointed when the Loveland store 5 minutes from me closed but this is still worth the drive! I got a bowl with fried tofu and brown rice - so good! I love their fresh ingredients - mango, edamame salad, and sweet potatoes are my faves. They are doing carry out only right now and they had my order ready right on time. The restaurant was super clean and employees appeared to be using extra precautions. I will be back soon! read more

Unfortunately the food I ordered was astronomically bad. The avocado was completely brown, the bowl was mostly rice, and the salmon I ordered still had bits of the skin on it. I would not eat here. read more

This is our second time coming to Roll On In. I have been craving it and my husband said it was too salty last time but I talked him into giving it a try again and he agreed. This time I got the Shaggy Dog with Lo Mein and he got a burrito. We also got Wonton Tacos and Crab Rangoon which were both delicious! Restaurant was a crap show. Put in a $40 order to-go through chow now; said it would take half an hour. Show up and unable to find my order in their system said they never received it. Showed proof of paying and that I was in fact at the right location. I was the only customer in the building the entire time. Staff wasn't knowledgeable on their own premium toppings or food items; had to explain what seaweed salad and Masago was. Many premium toppings that you pay extra for also weren't prepared (said they'd "scrape" some up for me). What was meant to be an easy grab and go order was a huge headache. Big fan of poke bowls and sushi. This is a good poke bowl and I like the sushi rolls although they are not to be compared with top of the mark sushi but Americanized fast food version. I really like the food and we have ordered several times. One note of caution is that I have had more than a few occasions when ordering online that the bowls ended up missing some items. It is best if you have them made when you get there as all the ingredients are up front like subway. Love the bearcat burrito. Go cats! read more

So got back home from our 2nd trip to RollOn In tonight. We ordered online, they will no longer take our order over the phone - we ordered 2 bowls with dressing on the side. We arrive, hubby verbally goes over our order, but the guy on the phone did not ck the order physically...contact free drop off to our trunk,which is good... drive 15 minutes home only to find that the dressing is all over my bowl. (Sweet soy) eckkk the wontons were soggy and the dressing was all over...nice they are so generous but I use very little - hubby called, we drove back, 15 min each way to get another remade bowl with extra wonton strips..we get home, no dressing all over this time but the crunchy wontons, which should go on last were instead topped with the wet asian slaw- a soggy mess. I dumped this bowl in the garbage too...we used to go all the time until we both had grit in our bowls one day - green onions not washed? We weren't sure but it was nasty. We had not been since then...decided to try them again - NOPE if you can't get dressing on the side right and further, you don't realize that topping crunchy wontons w wet asian slaw is going to make them a soggy mess - then you should not be doing food.
