The Arcade seemed a bit expensive but fun...but I also could not tell you how long it's been since I've been in an arcade so maybe I'm just old and out of touch. We did have a LOT of fun playing air hockey and skee ball...and trying out different games that did not exist when we were kids at Chucky Cheese. My sides were hurting from laughter by the time we left. The prizes for tickets seemed a little lame but again, I may just be old since my little cousin had no problem picking out items. There is also skating, billiards, bowling, putt putt available....which I may honestly come back and try a couple of those. The music was a little loud in dining area (omg, I'm really making myself sound old, aren't I?!) but they were playing really good music! I only saw one adult manager...all the rest were teenagers. Most of them seemed like they had not been working there long. And when their friends showed up, it was like no other customers existed. This place is entirely cash less. You must pay with a card and to play games you must have a Rigby's card. If you do not have one, you can purchase one for $1 and must initially load it with at least $20. So SAVE that card if there is a remote chance you will return. Overall an OK experience. It's definitely the place to go for teenagers. Maybe I'll comeback during daytime hours and see if it's a little different.

There are tons of orders sitting there under a heat lamp. People looking like they're just waiting. For what? For the food to be ready? Well there it is! People keep coming and going into this employee entrance looking like they're busy doing something important but I wonder what. Finally our server appears to ask "how are we doing"? Huh? What about the food? She says she'll check on it. It was just sitting there under a heat lamp for god knows how long. Now all dried out. Advice to manage: get this place sorted out. Come up with efficient processes to get food out to people ASAP. Dedicated food runners who run our food as soon as it's ready. Something! Oh and the best employee there was the bartender.
